I saw this in the store. I think the hair piece on the top would have looked better if it was matched better with her real hair. I say that because I like the style and it looks so gorgeous and beautiful with her dress. She really looked lovely.

Her cake didn't have any icing on the sides. They wanted it to have a homey look. Kind of odd considering that it looked like an expensive wedding. It just looked like an unfinished cake that ran out of icing. Has anyone ever heard of this? Cake with no icing on the sides just in between layers?

The only thing I would have liked to see was her ring and band but I don't think they had any pics of them.

I've done this, but that's with homemade cake that I knew only I would be eating. lol. I ran out of frosting and just ate it as it was. There's no way I'd have that style of cake for my wedding though.

Now that I have seen more pics of her hairstyle I don't like it. But I think she looked absolutely stunning and I really like her dress. The cake looks a bit weird without all the icing.

I completely agree. I feel like her hairstyle will be something she will look back on in about 5 years time and wished she had done something a bit more classic.

after seeing the bigger pics I actually really like the cake. it gives off the vibe she was going for (ie homemade/freshout the oven) and looks yummy. Im such a sucka for wedding decor/details. I'm gonna make one obsessive bride
