A fresh faced Hilary Duff makes her way to Byron & Tracey Salon on Friday (July 23) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 22-year-old actress emerged with a gorgeous new ‘do!

Before heading into the salon, Hil dropped by nearby restaurant Chez German and picked up some food to go.

Earlier in the week, Hil took her mom, Susan, out to dinner at Mastro’s steakhouse in L.A.!

FYI: Hilary is wearing Melinda Maria Gwyneth hoops.
