Well, Star Magazine is normally BS but I just thought I'd throw out that according to them, the producers of GG asked her to slim down. Since the other girls are thinner. They don't want her to look too much bigger in contrast. Of course this is coming from Star Mag but it wouldn't surprise me if it were true. The entertainment industry can be mean. I definitely hope that isn't the case though.^i have a feeling it's for a movie role. she's going to the gym everyday basically, but she's not losing drastic amounts of weight- that's a good sign as far as her past troubles are concerned. i'm willing to bet she's hitting the weights really hard, then she'll do a short period of cutting, and she'll come out looking jessica biel or something similar. hilary looked AWESOME in that movie with john cusack, she's probably going for that. regardless, she's looking great imo.
^ It seriously makes me sick. It's no wonder so many girls are suffering from eating disorders. If someone like Hilary, who is tiny, is considered "big" by some people, what does that say to other girls who look like her or might be a little bit bigger? I know the entertainment industry can be cutthroat, and I'm not saying they should promote obesity or anything but there's no need to go to extremes. I don't understand why they can't just promote normalcy, and a healthy body image (i.e. Hilary)
and what's especially f*cked up is that even normal girls now, even some of us on tpf, are skewed by that standard. calling ppl "bigger" or "fat" who in no conceivable way are that, especially since ppl look smaller irl than in pics... it's crazy.
^ right.
People need to look at the definition of fat. The swizzle stick figure is not cute at all. Find me ONE guy, just ONE who would love to look at a skinny mini! Just one!
