The So Yesterday singer stopped by the Total Finale Live shindig at MTVs Times Square Studios, joining the likes of Taylor Swift, Justin Timberlake, Beyonce, and Mr. TRL himself, Carson Daly.
And of course, Miss Duff stole the show with her sexy ensemble, sporting a black belted minidress complete with a long black sheer see-through overlay and black heels.
Of her new single Reach Out (from her greatest hits album), Hilary told press, Its different for me. Its a little dancey, and theres a rapper named Prophet whos on it whos really cool and kinda fresh.
