What store did you order this bag from? I called the online store and they said that they didn't think it was available yet. I really like it and would love to have one. Thanks!I love the look of the Borough collection, but I found the medium satchel a bit too big and the mini a bit too small. This shoulder bag version is PERFECT! The style # is 30472 and the price is $358. It's unique because the strap is vachetta and it's adjustable to use cross-body or as a shoulder bag.

Did you call the customer service number on coach.com? You may also want to try calling on a weekday during normal business hours. I have found that the weekend and off-hours representatives are a lot less knowledgeable on product availability, etc....
Call the Flatirons Store in Colorado. I order my bags through my SA Yogi. She know a lot about the bags and different collections. I've order many new bags not out yet through her.
Thanks for the suggestion! My local store manager is a friend but she doesn't always know about new items ahead of time. I called coach.com and they weren't helpful so I will try the store you suggested.
