Men's room was perfect for me! Lots of pastel color Clic H bracelets (some Collien and Chien bracelets) and 140 cashmere and silk scarves. I got the Savanna Dance I had been wishing for! I also got a Fourre Tout GM! Area was small and I got what I wanted (wasn't planning on silk or twilly). Right decision for me to line up at men's, 45 minutes, and had 30 minutes to shop : )

Actually it is the Sac De Plage NOMADE Escale I got! Loved the color and practicality when I saw it! Wasn't expecting to find bags in there!

I just got back. The line was long but I waited less than 30mins. The mens' side had no line when i left. Bracelets were half off and so were most scarves. Not much selection though. Got what I wanted. Will post later.

Finally home, that was fun but not as cheap as it used to be. I waited 45 minutes - in line at 4 and inside by 4:45. No one made us leave, we were there at least an hour.

Fell in love with a cashmere throw that was $1775.00, sadly had to leave it. No photos allowed but here are some.

Scarves used to be $200 and ties $99, seems that prices went up. I got a clic clac H enamel and so did my girlfriend, I was so thrilled with the grey colour I got, I found it in the men’s room and it was the last one!

i got there around 6 pm and no line at all to get in the men’s section. tons of CDGMs which surprised me. also some
CDC and other bracelets. barely saw any things for men honestly lol. i got 6 shawls bc they upped the quantity but when i paid the cashier said quantities limits were no longer being enforced since it was almost closing time.

i moved on to the women’s section next around 7 pm and again no line (i saw some people lined up at 6 pm so that’s why i hit the men’s section first). when i stepped in i couldn’t believe how many CSGMs were available!! tons of selection left though i know earlier there was more (i had a friend go early in the morning) but it was definitely still impressive considering it was end of the day. found 4 more shawls to buy (i have issues) and also an extreme kelly dog in rose gold black epsom.

overall super happy since i don’t like 90 silks and my main jam is CSGMs. i was in heaven!!! my credit card not so much. plus i saw a few shawls i paid regular price for, that hurt. [emoji24]

they had fewer silks left, nothing much in 90 cm size, just some larger silks and moussies. still decent selection of enamel bracelets and lots of CDC left, mostly in anemone, a dark teal, rose japuir and i think barenia? kelly double tour only left in a pink lizard.

honestly they had enough stock by the end of the day to hold the sale for at least another full day. i guess it does depend what you are looking for tho!

So I showed up at 1:45pm with a baby and a stroller. The women's lineup was super long and was disheartening, so I got into the men's lineup instead. By 2:30pm the security was announcing that men's ties had sold out. I got into the room at 3:30pm. A lot of stuff was sold out already and the room was super small, but I managed to get two csgms, 3 (size small) bracelets, and a black collier de chien belt in 80mm. There was not a lot of scarf variety in this room. I have no idea how I even found the stuff I got. It was so chaotic that I didn't even get to look at everything (with my big stroller in the way).

My baby almost got run over by some shoppers. I would highly recommend that if you have a baby in tow, that you also bring someone with you (who doesn't care about shopping) to look after your child. Alternatively, you can also leave them at home, which is probably the safer option. :)

Please share photos of what everyone else got. I love looking at other people's hauls! 20180515_234137.jpg 20180515_234137.jpg

Congrats! I should have gone at the end like you. Know for next time to go at the end and get shawls.

So rather than sit in traffic, I got late checkout at the hotel and lined up again in the afternoon at 3 pm to see what else was left. Line moved more quickly (in within 90 mins) and they lifted limits so you could get more scarves. 90s were down to 1 table compared to 4 first thing in the morning. Lots of CSGMs left in many of the same patterns and colourways as the am. Only silver Clics left in PM size. They also temporarily lifted the time limit.
The numbers worked out well. Some people tried to get numbers for both lines and then missed their entry and tried to get in.
Time limit is a good idea but was poorly executed. Too many people were let in and it was too difficult to access the tables. What needs to be done is fewer people at once and then room needs to be cleared to cash. That's what happens if you want to see da Vinci's Last Supper... you get time slot and then you're out. As well, megaphone guy only needs to indicate at maybe 15 mins and 5 mins left...not every minute. When I was there first thing, I never even got a chance to look at everything...and I'm not a deliberator so I move quickly.
Prices weren't as good as other sales... but still a fun day and it only happens once in a while !

So you didn't go ?
Nope. I have a 3 month old son and didn’t want to leave him for more than two hours with our Nanny and I did not want to bring him on my own. If I had planned ahead I could have had my mom come with me and watch the baby while inside. I am going to the Paris sale in June and I will be going with a friend, so will have help with baby. I should have listened to you on there being so many shawls!

So I made it too - my first H sale! I went around 6pm and unfortunately not very much left other than the 140cm CSGMs, and by that , I mean there were a million left...it seemed like it was just a shawl sale. No clic clacs in GM left, I Think I actually got the last one, a few CDC and Kelly Dogs but in small sizes only. Quite a few printed enamel bracelets. No 90cm silks left at all. Only a couple belt straps left in bright exotics, same with thre CDC belts, only in bright colours.....so it was very picked over.
