Hi, I just bought my first hermes bag! And it's a toolbox at Paris FSH outlet. I tried looking for the stamp but it doesn't look like the other images of stamp I seen online. Is it normal? 😫

Hi and welcome. We ask that all questions relating to authenticity, like craftsman's stamps, go into the appropriate authentication threads. Since you bought your bag at Hermes, please take up any concerns with them. Thanks for your understanding.

Thanks for the note!! It's my first hermes purchase so just to check, if I bought in Paris, could I check with them about this issue in hermes boutique in Singapore? Shouldn't be an issue right? Thanks :)

Why do you doubt the authenticity of the bag if you purchased it straight from an Hermes boutique? Bags are given different stamps depending on the year they are made and the craftspersons who made them, so most bags will have different stamps anyway.

I would only be concerned about authenticity if you purchased the bag from a reseller or consignment store...

You don't have to worry. You have the receipt right? If in any doubt, just bring to your nearest outlet and pretend walking in to look to for some merchandise or something and start a conversation with the SA. subtly, you can slip in your question.

Honestly, I have no doubt it's authentic! :) but someone asked me about the stamp, and it got me searching for it and googling for it. So I was curious about why it seems different. Thanks alot for sharing :D much appreciated

Hi lovelies, I'm interested in getting a Soufre toolbox but may I know why are some in white contrast stitching while others are in tonal stitch (same color tone as soufre leather).

is there a difference?? :smile1:

Hi. I just bought a toolbox today at the Hermes store in Panama City. The SA told me that he thinks the toolbox doesn't come with a stamp. We looked and couldn't find one. He said not all H bags have them...not sure but he works there so maybe it's true.

Hi I have a toolbox in black in size 26 swift. The black is beautiful. Also I am sure the pop colors will be gorgeous too. Hope you find it the color you love.
