Did you try regent? the regent SAs are pretty nice. Sogo is the coldest...I don't like sogo H sales at all --ugh...I try not to buy there but sometimes, due to convenience I have

Hi fineprint! Haven't tried regent yet. It's a bit far from where I stay. Might drop by later if I get a bit of free time. Hopefully they have something. You're right, i find the SAs a bit cold. Even the ones in Bellavita. All they say is 'no no no, we don't have' LOL! [emoji849]

Hi, I'm pretty new, so not too good with names of the bags or price comparison etc.; but I was at the Taichung branch in Top City yesterday and Taichung's stock levels seem pretty okay, in case it is relevant to anyone - not just at Hermes, but generally across brands because the demand isn't like Taipei or other major cities. The SAs were generally friendly and helpful too. I rem seeing two herbags - one bright yellow, another banana yellow; a bright blue Lindy, some wallets, scarfs / twillies, and lots of bracelets. My wrists size is XS and have trouble finding bracelets in my size in gold or rosegold hardware and for the first time ever, I had many choices! Stores in Japan and Singapore don't ever have any rose gold / gold hardware bracelets in XS when I walk-in. I actually gave up hope of finding anything, until I walked in here.

Hello! I am reviving an old thread. My mom is heading to Taiwan and wanted to get an update on the stores there. I know there are three. I wanted to see if anything has changed in the last two years across the stores. Thank you for your help!

I went to the Bellavita and Airport store. The stock at Bellavita was pretty good, lots of new season stock and bags. The service was good too - an SA immediately offered bottles of water as we browsed. On the other hand, the stock at the Airport was abysmal. Most of the shelves were empty and bare display cabinets. The SAs there almost seemed embarrassed how empty the store looked.

Thank you so much for the intel! I’ll let my mom know so she doesn’t have to run around (especially since she’s getting older) :)

Nothing interesting in the Belavita store; I never like the attitude of SAs in the Sogo store. I won’t bother shopping in H Taiwan. I like the Delvaux in Taiwan tho, also in Belavita. They were very helpful and knowledgeable of their products, even with local craftsman to fix my vintage Delvaux bag

SA at Belavita and Taipei airport were friendly. I'm not sure about the other stores.

Dropped by the Taipei airport store on Wednesday and there was only 4 bags on the shelf . Scarfs selection there is okay and I ended up picking up a 140cm silk scarf :giggle:
