Greenwich - closed

KOP - the entire mall is closed

Las Vegas Bellagio - open 11-8, closed Wednesday

Las Vegas crystals - reduced hours and closed Tuesdays, open for appointments only

Las Vegas encore - reduced hours

Orlando - closed Monday and Tuesday, open Wednesday to Saturday 11-6, but by appointment only

Madison - by appointment only

Manhasset - closed on Mondays only, open the rest of the week

Meatpacking - Closed Monday and Tuesday, open Wed-Sun 11-6, by confirmed appointment only ( Either with your SA or call store at 212-257-1600 and leave a voice message with preferred date and time request ( or email them), they will confirm appointment. Remote shopping available.

Miami - closed Monday, reduced hours

Rodeo Drive - closed Monday, open at 11-6 Tuesday through Saturday, but by appointment

Edit: TracySH beat me to it!

The Wynn/Encore and all MGM hotels in Las Vegas will be shutting down Tuesday. Wynn expects to re-evaluate the situation in two weeks. That’s basically shutting down the entire Las Vegas strip. I don’t see how the three Hermes stores can stay open even if by appointment only. :sad:

Until more info is known it seems Bellagio is also appointment only.

This is so helpful, thank you for putting it together! Have they mentioned extending the return window? I received a gift that I already own and need to return in New York but all the store hour changes and extra precautions are challenging.

The Bellagio is on that list! It’s an MGM property. So will the store be open even if the whole hotel is closed?

In France all retail commercial activity has ground to a halt until further notice. This means all independent boutiques and department stores are closed, and employees are on unemployment benefits. Therefore no Hermès boutiques are open in the entire country. Duty-free shopping at CDG is spotty, with some boutiques open, and some closed. The only exceptions to these legislated closures are food stores, markets, pharmacies and petrol stations.

In Panama City, Panama, the two malls with high-end boutiques -Soho and Multiplaza - are operating on reduced hours, including Hermès in Multiplaza. No individual shop or store is allowed to have more than 50 people inside at one time. As coronavirus spreads, the malls might be required to close altogether.
