Since you-know-who sent an email blast alerting everyone that all the US stores are closed, I thought it would be prudent to have a thread that everyone could contribute to regarding the status of each and all of the Hermès boutiques. Please contribute just what you know firsthand.

I was at Madison yesterday and I was told by my SA they will have the ability for remote shopping through you SA, or in store visits by appointment.

My Manhasset SA told me that they will be closed Monday but open for the rest of the week.

this is what I have so far, please add what you know and keep it updated,


Greenwich - closed

KOP - the entire mall is closed

Orlando - closed Monday and Tuesday, open Wednesday to Saturday 11-6, but by appointment only

Madison - remote shopping and by appointment only

Manhasset - closed on Mondays only, open the rest of the week

Rodeo Drive - closed Monday, open at 11 on Tuesday through Saturday, but by appointment

Seattle- by appointment only

Short Hils - closed Sunday and Monday, open 11-6 Tuesday through Saturday

Wall Street - by appointment only

West Palm Beach - closed

Thank you NP, for starting this thread so we have accurate information instead of rumors. Very helpful to know.

The official website is getting updated! I see changed hours / notes that say it's by appointment only and please call first on some of the stores in the US.

However there is a lag (I know yesterday for example the website was still showing original hours for Chicago when the store had already announced reduced opening times). I think it's just the situation is still actively changing, so the official website may not be completely up-to-date.

DC - closed Sundays & Mondays, open Tuesday to Saturday 11-6

Greenwich - closed

Las Vegas Bellagio - open 11-8, closed Wednesday

Las Vegas crystals - reduced hours and closed Tuesdays, open for appointments only

Las Vegas encore - reduced hours

Orlando - closed Monday and Tuesday, open Wednesday to Saturday 11-6, but by appointment only

Madison - by appointment only

Manhasset - closed on Mondays only, open the rest of the week

Meatpacking - Closed Monday and Tuesday, open Wed-Sun 11-6, by confirmed appointment only ( Either with your SA or call store at 212-257-1600 and leave a voice message with preferred date and time request ( or email them), they will confirm appointment. Remote shopping available.

Miami - closed Monday, reduced hours

Rodeo Drive - closed Monday, open at 11-6 Tuesday through Saturday, but by appointment

Seattle- by appointment only

Short Hills - closed Sunday and Monday, open 11-6 Tuesday through Saturday
