I’ve been MIA from the forum for a few weeks, due to some intense work and travel, but stopping in to share an acquisition from my travels. I don’t think we’ve seen this CW posted? I hadn’t paid it much attention, but when I saw it in real life I had to have it! A fabulous recommendation from a wonderful SA at FSH.

Grand Tralala double face Indigo/Blue Jean/Mauve.

The ombré stripes, and combination of blues, purple, turquoise and teal are stunning and it ties incredibly well; better than any other scarf I’ve owned. It looks great any way you tie it, and the possibilities are endless as each corner and orientation gives a different colour blend. The single colour second side would usually be a deterrent for me on a double face, but it’s a wonderful moody blue that pairs beautifully with all the colours on the other side - when it peeks through it’s like a shadow that adds depth.

And it’s cool that the stiffness makes it lay exactly where want it lol. At first I thought wow this seems really stiff, but now I dig it. Stays put.

Adding a few more photos of Les Mustangs marble silk. At the current price point, I had to think about it but I’ve been waiting to find one that suits my colouring and that doesn’t have too much blank space in corners, and I think this is the one.

It appeared for a moment on the UK website and I went for it. Every store I’ve been to in the UK and both stores in Madrid still hadn’t even seen it (or so they said).

I asked for it last week in Paris and finally found the kaki one in George V. It isn't a bright one for sure, although it has a delicate sheen, feels light even on hot days and it compliments hazel eyes in subtlety
The SA said it must be a rare piece because they only received one in kaki and one in orange.

I love all the colors in the kaki. My sort of neutral with those green leaning shades. Glad you found one.
