Hi! My Thalassa in beige and red ( 2 different shades) came yesterday after beeing stuck on the way for 2 weeks! Fedex. Unbelievable! It is gorgeous. Very happy with it. I wear a lot of red läppstift, thus it will match very well.
Congratulations!!! Another lovely piece for you this season @Pampelmuse. I am so happy they reissued this wonderful design and delighted to be your sister this season.

Howdy Fellow Scarf Lovers!
Let me introduce to you my Bottes Story in cw 01. The colors on the boots and borders are magnificent! I love how each border represents the desert sky in various times throughout the day. Very Santa Fe and other Southwest desert regions. The background of mine is a soft shell-like pink. It will be fun to experiment with this one to showcase the boots.

My two favorite corner motifs! I just bought some "cowgirl" boots in Charleston last October and I am a Year of the Snake! I feel like I will be showing those corners a lot @Ladybaga. This cw is also a good example of a lovely soft cw with an eye-catching border. I also liked the Artificier in one of the boots!

These two shawls couldn't be much more different in tone and style, but I'm keeping both: "eperon d'or et tenues de jour" in the first two photos; "le livre d'esope" in the other three. Twins with Cali-to-NY for Eperon, and Redbird for Esope! I was inspired by Cali's modeling shots of the Eperon shawl (thank you!), and had jumped on the Livre d'esope when it showed up on the US H.com site. Hope the photos help anyone considering either or both shawls in these colorways.
Congratulations @la Vie en Rose! Both are beautiful and I think it is so nice to get two quite different pieces in a season!

Hi, all! My first purchase of the season arrived today - Chorus Stellarum in blanc/marine/beige rose. I have a few other things on the way, but I think this is definitely a keeper…

I don’t wear 90cm silks too often so I’m selective in what I add to my collection, but this one jumped out at me for the mix of colors. Bottes Story in noir/terre cuite/blanc. I love the little stars above the landscapes in some sections.

Oh, @PoliticalGal, I just went scrolling back to see what I missed on the thread and I see that we are double twins! Both of these look wonderful on you. Congratulations!!! I loved the "mood" of the Chorus Stellarum in this cw (and its versatility) and I also fell in love with the noir Bottes Story. I agree about the mix of colors. I am trying to slow my roll and add only 90s that are unique in color and this definitely fit the bill! Looking forward to seeing more mod shots from you...

This looks wonderful on you! Such a great CW  ...I'm envious in the best possible way. And all the Southwestern motifs are just so fun! This scarf is definitely one of the surprises of the season. When I first saw it, I didn't expect it to tie so beautifully. Gotta love it when H throws us these fun curve balls.

Hello, everyone. I went into the store today to pick up the SS25 pieces I had ordered and to scope out the Brides de Gala en Fleurs, which surprised me with how beautiful it is. I was able to see all the colorways. I decided against the very dramatic black cw because I did not love it as much as I love my BdG Forever. My favorite of the brights was the vermilion-- beautiful beautiful florals. Stunning. The pink is also fabulously bright and the perfect scarf for spring. I wanted to love the gris acier and yellow vif but it was an instant no on my neck. I ended up going for the sable/blanc/bleu (07) because it is serenely lovely, suited me well and is different from florals I already own. @Ladybaga and @Pampelmuse have shown the pink and the vermilion for us but here is a photo of the vermilion florals in close up.

I was delighted with the Thalassa cw I ordered, and of the two Bottes Story I kept only the noir as the blue seemed less unique in my collection. Lastly I was smitten with Attelage en Arbalete Forever and added that one as well.

Sorry for the boutique lighting and hasty photos. I will do better pics later in the week. The one surprise piece that was not on my list but won me over was the Ex Libris GT, which is being sent. It is truly lovely on...

I can also confirm the multi-blanc Philateliste that has popped up is very very pale and delicate. It is lovely but I am going to wait and see some of the brighter bordered options, even though the stamps are monochromatic. Hope this is helpful!

Congratulations for your beautiful new acquisitions, dear LKBNOLA. Thank you for sharing some information, too. Love the Thalassa on you, had my eye on it, too, like the design very much (have a pareo in cotton in - guess what - blue cw ), Love that it is with black! So happy to be twin with you on the Ex Libris, because for me: perfect cw - somehow much more luminous IRL (waiting impatiently for your always so stunning photos, LKBNOLA...). Exception to no triangle, because I usually prefer 140 as being more versatile to wear... (Twin on the bourgogne Bandana... with many ladies here - yet again. one more exception to the rule "no more naturel" lol) and really love the Libre comme pégase 90 silk, exception to "no more orange borders" :giggle:...,

I am so thrilled they reissued Thalassa and I am so very pleased with how beautifully it ties! The colors I think are quite versatile and unlike any other shawl in my collex so it was a 100% win! I am delighted to be twins with you on the lovely Ex Libris GT. The day before I went to the store I asked to see it and when I arrived another customer was trying it on and I fell for it that instant. The colors, as you say are so luminous. The Pegase on you is absolutely perfect and we must all remember, dear @Pivoine66 -- all our rules are meant to be broken!!!!

Two exquisite choices. Congratulations!

I am Year of the Snake, too, so I do love that snake in the corner of the scarf. He looks like a nice one; not the scary type. (Funny thing is, I live near a bayou so on long walks, I'm always the first to spot the small dead snakes. Glad they aren't live ones.) Not fond of the little creatures, but I have gotten less afraid of them and just let them do their thing and try not to cross paths with the live ones. I need to study the details of my Bottes Story. So much fun detail to look at. Congrats on your new cowgirl boots! I bet they are fabulous on your feet!!

Thank you so much, julian.f I agree about H and those curve balls! Every time a new season rolls around and I see the stock photos of what is offered, I am usually not too impressed with most of the designs. I go in with one in mind and leave with four. How does that happen? I must be hypnotized when I walk into the store. Very thankful to live near a boutique to see and try these on in person. I had no intention of buying the "Picnic" scarf until I saw it in store. I was really surprised to see how well this one tied. Just goes to show that you can't judge a scarf when it is flat. For Bottes Story, I knew I wanted this one because of my love for the southwest. I don't mind that it has so much blank space because the borders are incredible. I do need to spend more time practicing various ties to showcase those beautiful scenes "stitched" into the boots.

These boots would match the light blue scarf perfect IMO:

Croisette, these are fabulous!!! Yes! All three would look great with the light blue/green cw of Bottes Story. If I had that cw, I would be in trouble. Which to choose? I couldn't justify buying all three pair for one scarf. They look like suede, too. Thanks for sharing!
