Hello, everyone. I went into the store today to pick up the SS25 pieces I had ordered and to scope out the Brides de Gala en Fleurs, which surprised me with how beautiful it is. I was able to see all the colorways. I decided against the very dramatic black cw because I did not love it as much as I love my BdG Forever. My favorite of the brights was the vermilion-- beautiful beautiful florals. Stunning. The pink is also fabulously bright and the perfect scarf for spring. I wanted to love the gris acier and yellow vif but it was an instant no on my neck. I ended up going for the sable/blanc/bleu (07) because it is serenely lovely, suited me well and is different from florals I already own. @Ladybaga and @Pampelmuse have shown the pink and the vermilion for us but here is a photo of the vermilion florals in close up.

I was delighted with the Thalassa cw I ordered, and of the two Bottes Story I kept only the noir as the blue seemed less unique in my collection. Lastly I was smitten with Attelage en Arbalete Forever and added that one as well.

Sorry for the boutique lighting and hasty photos. I will do better pics later in the week. The one surprise piece that was not on my list but won me over was the Ex Libris GT, which is being sent. It is truly lovely on...

I can also confirm the multi-blanc Philateliste that has popped up is very very pale and delicate. It is lovely but I am going to wait and see some of the brighter bordered options, even though the stamps are monochromatic. Hope this is helpful!

I'm also considering the Thalassa shawl in the same colorway you got yours in.

Howdy Fellow Scarf Lovers!
Let me introduce to you my Bottes Story in cw 01. The colors on the boots and borders are magnificent! I love how each border represents the desert sky in various times throughout the day. Very Santa Fe and other Southwest desert regions. The background of mine is a soft shell-like pink. It will be fun to experiment with this one to showcase the boots.

Beautiful choices, LKBNOLA! You wear everything so well!!! I was at my boutique today, too! I tried on the same Ex Libris triangle shawl ! It is so striking on and the colors are so harmonious. I left it behind because I have to stop somewhere. (ha ha ha!!) There was a beautiful lady in our store that tried it on after me, and I encouraged her to buy it. (she did!!!) She looked so pretty in this and was wearing a lovely brown coat. I cannot wait to see your mod shots! This is such a wonderful season! So excited to play with these lovelies!

Oh wow your soft colored BdG fleuri is gorgeous! So soft and exquisite. The vermillion has my colored heart strings too. Two totally different vibes. Which to choose hehe. And this is so so helpful to see these designs on. Thanks so much for getting those boutique pics in and sharing. I knew Libris triangle would tie so well, a classic beauty.

Ohhhh this is so helpful and thanks so much for the shell pink background description. Helpful. It’s awesome!! I look forward to seeing ties to highlight the center boots. I am not a big fan of blank space so it’s hard to envision ‘more’ design elements in this one on my own without modshots. The border is glorious

Fabulous choices! The Vermilion colours are so uplifting & definitely ones to fall in love with, whereas the Black version colours less so. And the Sable/blanc/Bleu also beautiful.
Thank you @Hanton! Your sleuthing and photos and observations are always so very helpful. For me AW24 and SS25 seem a little backwards in terms of colors! I have a pale blue/lilac Emile and a soft pink Mille Feuilles de Soie from the fall and now I have added noir, dark blue and neutrals for spring! Somehow it all balances out...
I'm also considering the Thalassa shawl in the same colorway you got yours in.
This one had me from hello, as they say. Love the colors. It is so cold here and I am dreaming about throwing it over a black sundress at the beach! I will do some better mod shots that do it more justice @TRUE LOVER'S KNOT!

I also picked up this cute twilly for my Cactus green birkin. It is called A Vos Crayon in cw 01.
The shell pink background is truly lovely @Ladybaga and the twilly was made for your bag! Congratulations on a great season and thank you too for opening my eyes to the cws and designs you looked at-- especially Brides de Gala en Fleurs! I hereby award you a Seasonal Enablement Ribbon...it is alawys a joy to see your choices and your delightful mod shots!

Thank you! Yes, the BdG was totally worth trying on and seeing IRL. I think this sable cw will balance out my floral scarves but the vermillion may still exert its siren call! I value your opinions @Nomad especially when it comes to tying and color analysis!

Thank you, Nomad! I believe I am going to have to take an advanced course on scarf tying to master the Bottes Story one. There is a lot of open space between the boots, but I am determined to experiment with more ties to highlight the boot designs. I have to say, the borders, alone, are incredibly detailed and so colorful. Each one is different!

THANK YOU, @LKBNOLA
You are always so helpful to me when choosing colorways of so many designs. Your Mod shots should be featured on the Hermes website. I truly mean that!! I just copy what you buy because your choices are breath taking and I cross my fingers hoping they will work on me. I always giggle at the comment you made about having so many blue scarves. I am the same way! My husband, who is very supportive, always says, "another blue scarf??" Funny thing is, I never wore much blue until we married 35 years ago! (One can NEVER have too many blue scarves, right?)
Thank you for your sweet words and for the ribbon for Seasonal Enabler. :hugs:When I started collecting in 2009, I used to "wait and see" instead of "buy now." I'm very happy with my collection but missed out on some lovely colorways with the "wait and see" method. There are a few more pieces that I am interested in for this season, but my boutique hasn't received them yet, so until then....... stay tuned! (I guess I will need to "wait and see.")

Such a perfect spring/summer cw for you, dear @Ladybaga. I adore your description of the four different desert sky borders. Congratulations!

Hi! My Thalassa in beige and red ( 2 different shades) came yesterday after beeing stuck on the way for 2 weeks! Fedex. Unbelievable! It is gorgeous. Very happy with it. I wear a lot of red läppstift, thus it will match very well.

You are very sweet @Ladybaga! Some years ago my DD said to me "Mom, if you are going to take scarf selfies you need to learn to use your phone better!" So now I have a favorite selfie window with my favorite light and favorite camera settings and I try to show off the scarf to its fullest beauty! I am what they call a one-trick pony  but I do thank you and am glad they are helpful. And I also giggled because another joke at my house is that I have bought another shade of blue since I am always saying well, it is not the same blue... I agree with a carpe diem philosophy on scarf acquisitions but you are right, the pace of new season availability means we all have to "wait and see" !!!
