Orange is a color i typically avoid, but color 11 looks great. More like orange with a brown undertone?
They have used orange cuit before @supermommy101-- it is beautiful, I think the literal translation is burnt -- or cooked-- orange. It is warm and wonderful. I loved it and I too am catious about the color. Brides et Destin 90 was issued with a wide border in it. Showing that here for comparison purposes only.

Thank you so much for these @Hanton-- really a must have for me! I have a strong dsentimental association with the subject and love the design. Hoping for a cw that will work some magic...

OK, I will confess! I bought a scarf in a colourway that has been very popular on here already. Unfortunately, the prices now mean that I must stop collecting. After all I do have 30 90cm scarves, plus many others. I hardly ever leave the house and I am now so ill with multiple conditions (for nearly 20 years) that I don’t wear anything but pyjamas these days. Sorry to bring the mood down, but I will say that I bought the scarf whilst suffering severe depression and I must control myself.

Anyway, the scarf is lovely and I am hoping that I soon feel well enough to take some modelling photos and write up the design on my blog. Here is a quick photo…

Yes, it’s Le Carrousel du Tigre Royal H004206S 07.
This is beautiful and will look beyond beautiful on you. There's nothing like a cheery scarf to make you feel better!
Looking forward to your mod shots and your story on your blog.

I am so sorry to hear of your health troubles @HermesHope and I send my most sincere wishes for health in the New Year and in the meantime, I know this happy scarf will not fail to bring you joy. I hope you will feel up to writing about it as your Scarf of the Moment Posts always gladden my heart and end up being such a marvelous resource for us all! All the best for the coming year and congratulations on taking care of yourself with a lovely purchase...sometimes we just need a pick me up and some beauty in our lives.

FYI it looks like a number of new shawls arrived on the US site, including Thalassa (my must have of the season!), and this orange cw of Chorus Stellarum which I don’t recall from the preview pics…

This is the CW I’m waiting for. On the Canadian site it says Available Soon so I registered for email notification and now I’m obsessively checking my email…hoping the blue/green CW shows up as well.

Thank you for this information @PoliticalGal -- I have the noir/miel Thalassa on order but will not likely get to the boutique until later in the month. I hope to see your mod shots soon if you ordered it! No price increase yet I see... makes it tempting to jump.

This is the only one that is tempting me this season.
I hope you will be better soon and I send you positive thinkings. Reading your blog is a real pleasure.
