I’m just copying and pasting @redheaddem’s wonderfully kind listing of this season’s scarves, so the list can be carried forward and we don’t have to hunt for so long for it.

Thanks for your pics @GloWW0rM, interesting to see this slightly softer colouration compared to this one I bought, possibly 45 yrs ago (can’t recall the year after all this time!) I was young enough then to be swayed when the Sales Assistant said it was a Classic, which of course it is, but I don’t like black/white/gold for myself for day time wear; it has remained a horrible warning ever since and I have never bought another BdG. It suits my old Teddy’s colouring rather better and is his permanent wrap! This new one looks less harsh.

Thank you, a good question. I have never thought to wonder, as I always knew he was The Best Bear in The World! I see on Google that if he is Steiff he would have a button in the left ear. His left ear has an open tear in the back, with a bit of ear missing too, so it is quite possible he had the Steiff ear button which met with an accident/?animal years ago. I am (whisper it!) 70 and he has stood the test of time well, these days cocooned in my early Hermes mistakes! To keep us on topic, of the few new season silks so far seen the Hermes Flagship appeals on all levels - the green looks very promising.

Unpopular opinion: I think the ice cream is actually kind of fun! Too much negative space for me, and we’ll have to see what cw options there are, but I’m looking forward to seeing it in person. Hoping there is a Twilly version, as that might be a better fit for the design. Also looking forward to seeing the Mystere au 24 options. LOVE the cleverness of the Flagship design, but I’m not the nautical type. But who knows!

Really hoping for better colorways in general this year - gray is my neutral, and everything has sooooo much brown/gold/orange.

I was looking at these again today and also thought that ice creams would work well on a twilly. Fingers crossed!

I would guess it’s Steiff then and he looks terrific in the scarf.

Just catching up on this thread but personally I am not a big 140 silk fan. I bought a couple of them years ago and found them to be "too much scarf" for me. Maybe due to my height (I am 5'5") and/or the feeling of too material around my neck. Although I did have a beautiful 140 Lalbhai silk in blue and yellow that was very lightweight which I did use but left on a plane never to be seen again. On the contrary, I adore my 140 cashmeres which I wear more than any size of all H scarves. Glad there are not too many temptations from what I have seen thus far!
