I am so very happy that this season so much is both online and in the boutiques before year end! Last season was so so slow and I am still waiting for cws of Fantaisie d'Etriers :mad: Happy shopping and a very very Happy New Year full of health and happiness to all of the wonderful scarfies here!

what do you all think? I think I am choosing between a ‘pretty” colorway of 05 w cream center and navy blue border and an h magic color combo of 03 fuschia W golds. It may not be worn as much but the colors are striking. Not sure goes with my complexion? I tried on @LKBNOLA ’s gris/mauve periwinkle one which is so very pretty but dull on me. And the bright blue one which feels too bright on me. As SA said, it is ‘the show’ on me. It also has too much highlighter orange and yellow for me. Tho I really wanted to love that one ‘on me’. If I framed I would definitely get the bright blue one.

Many of us here have had losses and suffering, as well as so many others in the world for the last several years. I wish you, and all, the same for the new year, and here’s to hoping 2023 is a good year for all. :flowers:

The FedEx man showed up with four new season scarves this afternoon. I wasn't expecting them until next week. Here are some quick shots.

The two 90s. Tea for Two, CW05, noir/rouge/multi and Le Carnaval des Animaux, CW09, bleu jean/vert/beige.

The two 70s. Rendez-vous Galant, CW08, bleu/vert/jaune vif and Les Anamorphoses, CW08, rose pale/vert/corail.

There was no mirror in the box for Les Anamorphoses, so I will call when Hermes is open to ask about it. I think it's an aluminized mylar sheet of some sort. In the meantime, I'm having fun squinting at the design trying to decipher the pictures.

Of these four, I find the whimsical Tea for Two the most delightful. I tried to pick colorways that avoided the orangy-pink pastels that seem prevalent this season. I mostly succeeded except for the center of Rendez-vous.

That guy in the yellow suit may end up under the fold. I adore the sky and foliage in this colorway otherwise.

I too just received a YE Fedex delivery of cw 08 of Les Anamorphoses WITHOUT the mirror sheet (Canada). So excited until I opened the box....I was able to get through to Customer Service in Toronto & explain the issue. The person I spoke to said they didn't even have the mirror sheets as yet (agree it's probably an aluminized sheet of mylar), acknowledged the problem, and took my number & email for follow up next week when they are back at work. Why on earth start selling the scarf on h.com if the mirror sheet that completes the optical illusion is not yet available? Maybe European or Ozzie tpfer's were lucky enough to get the scarf with the mirror sheet? Fingers crossed it can get sorted out next week or the scarf goes back & I will try for one through my SA (which I would normally do but DH wanted to buy it for me for my B/D). Otherwise love the colourway.

Thank you for the information. I expect Hermes will send us the mirrored sheets when they get them. I looked online, and you can buy enough material to cut up to make dozens of sheets for $10. Worst case, I'll make my own.
