I do not think this is overpowering at all! It looks truly lovely on you, fresh, elegant, summery and happy!
Really gorgeous!

Yawn! A couple more tulips : c/w 1 Blanc/corail/Gris. My thanks to @Redbirdhermes for underscoring with her wonderful snow scene the potential for a winter scarf. I am a dinosaur with no smart phone so look forward to more proper mod shots! but some extra details here if they are useful
The white is still a soft white, but not creamy as @Agrume lovely c/w 16. I fear I shall end up like the financially ruined Dutch tulip speculators!

Yaaaay! Finally some pics! I think this is the one with the blue lettering (apologies, I don't remember who originally posted it):

I wonder if the 140 Eleftheria plisse is the missing colorway; I love these colors but I cannot wear that orange. Hoping that this is not "fuchsia and yellow" which are colors I love:

Whhooooowhhheeeeeee!
The larger format changes my previous thoughts about plisse scarves.
It a beauty! The cool blues really suit you.

Shopfranceinc sent me this photo of the 140 Eleftheria which she took at 24Faubourg. I'm thinking this may be the missing fuchsia and yellow.

There she is!!!
Aesthetically this is my preference.
Though probably not particularly flattering to my colouring.
I can’t wait to see the mod shots of these beauties start to roll in.

So stunning with your deep red jacket. I’m delighted that you decided that you needed this scarf.
Well, ‘needed’ is stretching it a bit! But resistance was futile!
What a beautiful CW and combination. The details on the tulips are just lovely.
Thank you! I’m quite small featured and the fine details make the large flowers ‘doable’ for me; they (the details, not my features…) are exquisite!
Twins ! :drinks:

Beautiful pics, btw!
We all have great taste here!
Gorgeous tulip scarf, Hanton! Your sweater is the perfect backdrop to make these flowers shine! Enjoy!!
Thank you. My sweaters are ancient friends which need refreshing with new H scarves at regular intervals!
Stunning!
Thank you!
I love this combination! So elegant! What a beautiful scarf this is, congratulations!
Yes, thank you, it is fabulous, and not to go anywhere near tomato sauce, curry or red wine!

I think it looks beautiful the way you have knotted it in pictures 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 9. The colors are beautiful, so summer-y and joyful! It is not overpowering IMHO.

Thank you!
I love it…particularly the fact that one need not have perfected the bias fold with a plisse ;) Of course, now I’d love a silk plisse. I saw the Eleftheria on the website but I have the regular 90 so I suspect I’d have a hard time convincing both my DH and my SA that it was a necessary addition to my collection.
Just an FYI - not sure if you are aware. H produced 90 silk plisse up to 2012 (maybe 2013?) I believe, and in late 1990s and early 2000 they also produced so called plisse mozaique (or double plisse/ marble plisse as those are called sometimes) scarves. They were priced at the same price as regular flat carres. You can find quite a few of those on the resellers' sites - sometimes at bargain prices (so you won't need any convincing to do here:smile: If you go for it, I would suggest to look for the one unworn/unused, with undamaged pleating as it is challenging to find a dry cleaner who knows how to handle them and obviously you can't wash them if you like to maintain the plisse effect. Hope it helps!
