Yawn! A couple more tulips : c/w 1 Blanc/corail/Gris. My thanks to @Redbirdhermes for underscoring with her wonderful snow scene the potential for a winter scarf. I am a dinosaur with no smart phone so look forward to more proper mod shots! but some extra details here if they are useful
The white is still a soft white, but not creamy as @Agrume lovely c/w 16. I fear I shall end up like the financially ruined Dutch tulip speculators!

So stunning with your deep red jacket. I’m delighted that you decided that you needed this scarf.

ELEFTHERIA 140………
Five colourways are available, got pics for three ( apologies!!!). The remaining two are a brighter (like indigo) blue lettering and background colours and the second is a delectable combination of fuchsia and yellow.
Availability is not known. Before winter my delightful SA assures me.

Ooh I really like the green one and the yellow and fushia one sounds interesting too  thank you so much for sharing these photos!

I am unsure about the format though, is a 140 silk easy to wear? I wear 140 in cashmere very easily. Is silk comparable?

I have the round silk Clair de Lune from many seasons ago and it's almost similar in terms of wearing vs cashmere 140 scarves but I find the cashmeres softer. Hope that helps!

We could be twins with the green!!
If you like 140 cashmere, I think you will love 140 silk. It tends to be lighter than the 90 cm twill. It is floaty and dreamy , ties like a dream! If I get pics of the other two, I will post them.

What a beautiful CW and combination. The details on the tulips are just lovely.

Yaaaay! Finally some pics! I think this is the one with the blue lettering (apologies, I don't remember who originally posted it):

I wonder if the 140 Eleftheria plisse is the missing colorway; I love these colors but I cannot wear that orange. Hoping that this is not "fuchsia and yellow" which are colors I love:

You should try it - as it is individual. I basically live in cashmere shawls (I wear one almost daily) but not a huge fan of silk 140. It lacks the warmth of cashmere (so isn’t as useful in winter) and feels hot in summer (too much fabric to deal with in humidity). Cashmere is easier to maintain for me (I can easily clean any spills/spots, fix pulls, etc., after proper dry cleaning it still feels/looks like new), silk 140 is a different story. Again, I am talking from the perspective of rather heavy wear and active use - not taking a mod shot and then putting it away. From the investment standpoint, cashmere is a better investment money-wise (IMHO).

Also, keep in mind that there are two types of silk on 140s - winter and summer. Winter one is heavier and the summer one is lighter. I try to stay away from summer silk (very thin fabric and doesn’t hold very well after cleaning/washing) - something to keep in mind when spending your budget. :) Winter silk is sturdier and more substantial - you might like that.

Cashmere shawls are soft and warm, but a bit bulky. Summer silk is, as @Smae-ze puts it, very light and floaty and very pleasant to wear. I have a few of them, and even though I wash them, they remain beautiful. As they are thinner than cashmere, they are easier to knot.

Thank you all! It seems I will have to try to make up my own mind

The thought of a lighter shawl (compared to cashmere) is appealing to me for summer.

I will surely check it out when is arrives on line!
