(Gucci pic courtesy Google - hope that is allowed). I remember this design from years ago. Gucci is much more stylised vs. the grace of the tulips. And the lack of border makes Tulips appear more modern somehow. Just hope the c/w are not too bizarre!

Though both floral I think they are opposite ends of the common/precious spectrum.

There are many variations and permutations of Gucci Flora by Accornero, and later in homage. 'Flora' is not one scarf but many. The one you depicted shows wild flowers that grow on Tuscan hillsides. The classic one, famously given to the late Princess Grace of Monaco showed four seasons of Italian flora, each season occupying a quadrant so the wearer could always be harmony with the season worn.

As @FizzyWater wrote, Tulipomanie refs the mid-1600s tulip-mania in Holland, tulips were worth more than gold. Pictures of the flower were probably as close to owning one as most people could afford.

IMO both use stylised floral depictions.
Original '60s and '70s scarves had/have borders which does make them look retro. That's also quite 'in' atm.

I’m in the US…the scarf came from the H store at Wall Street, NYC. The SA said the first shipment of new season scarves arrived on Thursday. My lighting for the picture was quite poor but it’s a true pink. I forgot to note the color names from the tag before I removed the tag…I’m so sorry!
