hahaa I stood up today morning and one of my firtst thoughts was " when will the sweet dreams of LLF arrive?". Now I knowMy Sweet Dreams should be arriving today, and maybe SA called to tell me a variety of CWs of Kawa Ora should be arriving this week, as well as of Pivoines... Can’t wait!
My Sweet Dreams CW9-jaune/fuchsia/vert (or, as the label states, Sweat Dreams... LOL!) just arrived today. I was happy to see that the fabric is quite lightweight, with a somewhat loose weave that makes it drapey, informal and very soft. The colors are saturated and the design has a painterly, somewhat watercolor quality to it. It has a whimsical, almost Maurice Sendak vibe to it that also reminds me of the naïveté of medieval bestiaries and the innocenct quality of modern Naive paintings. Here are some photos of the scarf as well as some knots. The first four are simple one to show all four corners of the scarf.

Thank you so much mcl1818, let's hope we don't have to wait too long for the madras ex-libris mousseline!!Thank you so much @Bova123! Congrats on your lovely red Mousseline! It looks great on the stripes and is such an effortless pop of color on you! Wear it in good health . I’m also looking at cw01 of that madras ex-Libras Mousseline too, such lovely colors, too tempting..
Many thanks for the modeling shots romily, this is such a great scarf!@bunnycat this is for you! Sorry for the delayed mod shots. I did not manage to make it into my store until today and all of the CW’s for Kachinas have sold bar this one. It’s very pretty but the green at the ends throws me off a little.
Apologies for a) the terrible photos b) the pre-dance class wear and c) my novice attempts at different ways to wear it.
Anyway, hope this helps and looking forward to seeing the pink/jaune/multicolour with your expert knotting/styling.
I love it... Thank you so much!*fainting* I NEED that in my life.
Huge congratulation, my dear fifi! It is stunning on you!My Sweet Dreams CW9-jaune/fuchsia/vert (or, as the label states, Sweat Dreams... LOL!) just arrived today. And wrapped for cooler weather and tied in back.

Then another tie I do based on a cowboy fold...and I'm back in the shirt I was wearing this morning....

Fabric- Lovely drape. Interesting texture...softer than 90 twill, thicker than the original summer weight silk...don't know how it compares to winter weight....
Saturation- very nice! For those who fear lack of saturation, the backside is showing on at least one tail in several pics....
Ease of wear- I like it! Gonna have to play some more. It has about as much fabric in front when folded as a 90, but the nice long tails of the larger formats without the extra bulk. For someone like me who doesn't live in a place that gets brutally cold often if ever, this seems like it might be very versatile.(Don't mess this up H and make crummy repeat releases and oversimplifications!)
