I actually think a tattoo shawl in blanc/rouge or blue noire/blanc seems perfect from whats available on site as far as color and design, I just thought it would be good to get a second opinion from people who have been around the block and seen years of patterns and collections.

In my opinion the black+white or black+pink Jungle Love shawls are cream of the crop. Cherished design, beyond chic, and best of all currently available.

Oooh @Croisette7 I tried this on the other day at Heathrow T5 and it was fabulous - I’m on ban island (ha when does that ever work really) but it’s a beauty indeed - reminds me very much of Brandebourg cashmere

I was wondering if you knowledgeable folks might have a recommendation for a 140 blend to keep an eye out for with my SA new in-store. I am hoping for something versatile as a wrap or shawl to use with swimwear in a cool or neutral in a detailed print that might be a bit coveted or special design-wise.

My taste is something with a lot of fine details, particularly exotic animals like "Jungle Love" or something heritage like " Jeu des Omnibus". I am more than happy with either of those, but I would love any advice or opinions you all might have since I only own a bandana and a silk 90 so far.

Definitely check out the CSGM Jungle Love from the spring release. (Pink/black is a big winner for that one)

TOTALLY AGREE! The black and pink is amazing....and the black and white...sublime! I usually try not to buy the 2 color shawls because at this price point, it should be more interesting IMO....but these 2 are the exception FOR SURE! The white and iris is pretty nice too...and the green....etc....oh my!

They're stonewashed, no? Th
ey threw them in the washer for a few cycles with some gravel and told their customers it's a new vintage feeling.
(If anybody wants a reason not to buy stonewashed, they use up more energy than non-stonewashed).

I wonder what would happen if anyone threw a silk twill scarf in the washer with some gravel. Would the fabric get the sueded feel?

Apparently they are thicker too (I made a point of asking). But yes, basically. On the other hand at least we get an interesting reissue 90s in reasonable cws.

OMGoodness I just love this beyond words. I have not purchased a 90 in over 7 years but the combo of the design, the cw, and the lovely feel of washed silk.... I just HAVE to HAVE it! =) Thanks for the beautiful pic!!! It looks gorgeous on you!!! I will post a mod shot once mine arrives as well!

They certainly seem popular, but I do see a lot this Season that I find more interesting
I really like the amazing modelling shots I’ve seen of the JL CSGMs, but on the other hand this season there’s such variety , amazing new designs and new formats too that I’d encourage OP to take her time looking here and on the h website before choosing.
