Hermes sold me a bag with a dent?

They said they will expedite the spa and aim to get the bag back to me by new year (or xmas if they're really good). So I think the reason the bag got sold to me in this condition was because my SA was off that day so another SA showed me the bag. She was still in training. I didn't inspect the bag thoroughly in store because it was super busy that day.

That's actually a very good outcome since it's such a special leather. And they said by New Year or Christmas?! That's wonderful given their usual 4-6 months timeframe!
