Hi all, wonder if anyone has a trusted cobbler who can do the heels for Oran sandals? Have worn the sandals a few times without soles done. Any recommendations? Many thanks.

yeah masterfix at paragon is the best. Been going to them for years for all my luxury shoes. Initially went there because they had red soles for the louboutins and then it just became a habit to send all my shoes the moment i get them

I just bought a pair of Oran sandals but they are a little too wide for me on the H. Do y’all have any idea to make it a little more snuggly? Couldn’t go half a size small cause my feet will spill out of the sandals in terms of length.

My SA has informed me she’s leaving and has introduced me to my new SA who will take over my account. However my SA only officially leaves in August as she is serving out her notice period, how soon should I make the transition? In terms of purchases between now and August. Also, how often or how quickly do you usually get a text response from your SA. My old SA used to be quite prompt in responding to me, either same day or maximum next day. I need to taper my expectations for the new one as I’ve written her an introductory message and she has yet to reply for 3 days. Does this mean she is not interested in taking me on as a client even though she has already been assigned to me and has formally been introduced to me in person? What would you guys do? Any advice from veterans would be helpful. Also what happens to my pending deposit orders if the new SA is uninterested in taking me on as a serious client? My last SA has also mentioned she already “put in my request” for a qb and not to worry about that, it’s just a matter of when it arrives… is that true? Will the new SA let me know when it does or is that not a “sure thing”? Wondering if the new SA isn’t interested in me, can she completely choose not to notify me at all on my pending deposit orders, and potential arrival of qb? What is the professional code of conduct here? Just so confused! Please help me! Thank you.

masterfix paragon as a few have suggested
i also personally used these with no complaints as they know how to handle expensive shoes:
- Roy Leatherworks at Far East Plaza
- Mister Minute at Esplanade MRT station
- Steve at Holland Village (fringe of hawker center)

Sorry to hear about your situation.

Is one advised to end the journey with the store when their SA leaves? Then continue to find another store/SA that clicks with them in future?

If the store assigned you a new SA, it means that the store is interested in retaining you as a client. However, you do need to adjust your expectations as each SA have different style. Also your new SA may be asked to take on additional clients like you and he/she could be overwhelmed so do cut her some slack. Since you current SA is still around, continue to work with her and cut over to the new SA only when your current SA leaves or as mutually agreed between you and your current SA. If your current SA has put in a request for your QB then you will eventually get your QB. Will be best if you get it before she leaves. Whatever you have ordered under your current SA will be transferred to your new SA so she will notify you when the items arrive. Unfortunately with changing SA the relatiohship does have to start from scratch. But this does not change your store profile. I had 2 SAs leaving in the last 2 years so I’m currently building my relationship with my new SA. It does take time for her to know you likes. And I do need to change my approach slightly when dealing with her. It’s all part and parcel of the H journey.

hope this helps
