Welcome to Singapore, Janie! I will suggest for you to pop by Liat Towers and MBS too. Each store have their own culture and ways of doing things. Shopping with H can be pleasant when you find the right H fairy at the right store. Good luck!

Thanks @cloudsz !! You’re absolutely right. It can— and should be pleasant. I will take your advice and check out the other locations at some point too.

It’s been an awesome experience exploring all the food options here in SG for sure

Hi all, as I've mentioned my mum is currently in SG, and apparently while there, she decided to buy a kelly belt for me from the Liat Towers store

It's gorgeous and I'm so happy with it, it's just that since I wasn't there, the SA had to make a new account under my mum's name. Of course, it's not a super big purchase or anything, but it does bother me that we have two separate accounts now.

My question is: is it possible to merge the two accounts? I have heard that joint family accounts are possible.
If not, is there anything else I can do, such as maybe getting the belt purchase moved to my account?

Since I just moved here and I have no SA, I made an appt couple of weeks ago to avoid 4 hour Q at Taka. Reading through this thread prepared me for the long waits, low stock, etc etc... but I was kind of taken aback at the lack of... everything!

The SA was friendly and courteous but I got the hint, he did not want a new client. Did not offer to help order or look for any of the common items, did not give contact info and told me to make another appointment if I wanted to return to try the RTW/ if comes when it comes (?) There was no FJ to look at and whatever was on display was what was available with a few exceptions. I figured I can put deposit and order some things I've wanted but he said they stopped taking deposits too as they're so behind fulfilling current orders that are like a year behind.

I picked up something which in hindsight wasn't my first choice, and left.... Whew- it's hard to shop here! I'm really missing my previous SA abroad... and the feeling of ease while browsing, and knowing you can always get what you want with a bit of patience. At this rate, I think it'll take a long time to even build a profile...

(had to vent a bit... as I really wanted to find someone to work with!)
Hi Janie, I have had the same experience. There is nothing much to buy nowadays. The SLG and Twilly trays are almost always nearly empty. My SA just tells me to wait for her updates no matter what I express interest in. I feel like I am bothering her if I ask her too often.

Just wanted to share some happy moments - went to H store this morning to collect my finesse bracelet and bought a pair of sandals as well. My SA offered the picotin 22 noir ghw. It was gorgeous! I saw another customer was looking at me (actually on the bag more) and turned it down (as I want to wait for a mini bolide) and smiled at her. She was soo happy smiling from ear to ear Even our SAs laughed
Hey babe, do you mind to share how long did you wait for your finesse bracelet? Intend to get one now but worrying the waiting
