is it true that nowadays homeware take especially long to come? didnt know the wait for B is so long zzz... no one here got it within 6 months? And what’s prespend ratio like for Constance? 1:1? And is it max of 2 b/k plus 1 cOnstance a year?

yes for home ware. I ordered recently fm mosaique line too.
I was told to expect 1 year wait. And had to pay full deposit haha.
At least the SA allowed me to order
I heard some SAs don’t take new orders for homeware cox the waiting list is crazy long already

omg  did anything come along the way though? or was that all you ordered?

oh other than homeware, I ordered H avalon towel too in Dec'21 SA mentioned beforehand no estimate arrival for the towel which I initally plan for friend's newborn gift, now baby 3months old already for homeware thats all I ordered since SA reminded me at that time, lead time for homeware could be 6-8 months time.

thanks for sharing! can i check what does this roll over mean? if i spend close to the required amount and place some deposit for FJ or homeware (which usually takes months to come), but while waiting for the FJ/homeware, i happen to find a high-value item i like and i meet the pre-spend amount required before the FJ/homeware arrives, can the FJ/homeware spend still be counted towards second QB when they arrive a few months later (or it depends on whether my 1st QB or the FJ/homeware comes first?)? hope i am making sense here!

My SA explained to me once. The value of your orders, even if you have paid the deposit for them, can only be counted toward your Qb when they have arrived and you have received them.

So in your case specifically, the full value of your homeware (when homeware have arrived and you have taken receipt of them), would to towards your second Qb since you have met prespend for first Qb.

Oh I love chèvre leather! Lightweight, beautiful grains, resistant to scratches and got a slight sheen to it.

any idea on Constance prespend nowadays? I haven’t brought up/discussed my Constance wishlist to my SA. Don’t wanna give too many demands all at once n stress her. Lol

Since I just moved here and I have no SA, I made an appt couple of weeks ago to avoid 4 hour Q at Taka. Reading through this thread prepared me for the long waits, low stock, etc etc... but I was kind of taken aback at the lack of... everything!

The SA was friendly and courteous but I got the hint, he did not want a new client. Did not offer to help order or look for any of the common items, did not give contact info and told me to make another appointment if I wanted to return to try the RTW/ if comes when it comes (?) There was no FJ to look at and whatever was on display was what was available with a few exceptions. I figured I can put deposit and order some things I've wanted but he said they stopped taking deposits too as they're so behind fulfilling current orders that are like a year behind.

I picked up something which in hindsight wasn't my first choice, and left.... Whew- it's hard to shop here! I'm really missing my previous SA abroad... and the feeling of ease while browsing, and knowing you can always get what you want with a bit of patience. At this rate, I think it'll take a long time to even build a profile...

(had to vent a bit... as I really wanted to find someone to work with!)

Welcome to Singapore, Janie! I will suggest for you to pop by Liat Towers and MBS too. Each store have their own culture and ways of doing things. Shopping with H can be pleasant when you find the right H fairy at the right store. Good luck!
