Hi all, I am pretty new to the H journey and need some advice. I have clocked enough for a qb and my SA had requested the bag for me. However, my SA is leaving Hermes. What should I do? Anyone have this experience? Would I still receive my qb?

Yes shouldn’t be any prob esp if you are already in the queue. But I would suggest you ask your SA who will take over your account and have her make an introduction ◡̈

My experience was I did the fast and furious and hit the pre-spend fairly quickly. once i reached the pre-spend amt required (in my SA's perspective) for the bag model and specs I wanted, she hinted at me to stop spending and wait first. I thought this really helped me in my journey so I can pace myself.

It’s good that your SA is so upfront with you and help you pace yourself!

Hi! I have walked in to enquire about the mini Evelyne and i was told to wait patiently. I have bought a nice bracelet from her and hope she will know i am a serious customer. Will update you all if i got the call!

She got a rose shocking b25 retourne. Not a popular color but suits her.
Not sure in general if B Sellier is harder to get but my gut feel is yes because seems lesser IG/resell stock compared to R style.

Based on observations, Taka Q is the worst even on weekdays, MBS and Liat can be manageable if you are there early like before 12noon. Register for the Q, shop/lunch around the area, wait for your turn. As a rule of thumb, I generally avoid shopping at H on weekends.

Just wanted to share some happy moments - went to H store this morning to collect my finesse bracelet and bought a pair of sandals as well. My SA offered the picotin 22 noir ghw. It was gorgeous! I saw another customer was looking at me (actually on the bag more) and turned it down (as I want to wait for a mini bolide) and smiled at her. She was soo happy smiling from ear to ear Even our SAs laughed

Will our profile be affected if decided to change boutique?

For the FJ, it is best to ask your SA as there are items that they don’t accept orders/deposits at the moment due to backlogs.

As for the boutique, are you considering changing your boutique and SA all together? Personally, if I wanted to build profiles in different boutiques, I wouldn’t personally use my own profile, I would use my sister or husband’s instead. Hermes value loyalty so much.

Here is a backstory though this is not in SG but just to give you an idea. Everytime I am in Paris, I shop at both FSH and George V and able to score QB on both stores. On my second or third year of visit (I cant remember which exactly), before giving me a QB, my SA at George V said, “Promise me you’ll only buy from me from now on”. I said yes and since then I only shop at George V when Im there.

With borders opening up, has anyone visited H stores at airports and overseas? How is the stock level?

Stock levels in PAris is low. I last went in Nov. end up I came back to buy items I couldn’t get there. But there’s stuff that can’t be found here which are available there like fj or homewares. I still managed to get a so black touch rodeo and mini Lindy. Will find out this time round for next month if stocks levels have improved.. but from what the other PAris thread has shared, seems like situation is still the same

I was told able to order with deposit but the wait can be up to 6-9 months so I ended up didn't place order. I saw there's a few of these necklace on reseller IG website like Luxlexicon though

I do not intend to build my profiles in 2 different boutique. I was thinking of transferring my profile to other boutique. Don't know if it can works?
