Hi all, have you had a great week so far. I recently thought of getting 24/24 bag in mini size. Does anyone know if this bag is included in the quota bag? And if it's not - and let's say the SA has the bag and I take it, will the spend count to my spending ratio to get a quota bag? Thank you so much

Bags are not included in the pre-spend. Pre-spend usually refers to accessories, eg: clic clac, scarfs, watches, jewellery, shoes, sandals, etc..

SLG counts but there is a cap amount for it. The best is still talk to your SA and see what he/she advise.

Its been awhile I log in to my account.. Just wish to share my short story..

Started my actual Hermes journey in early 2021 at Taka.. did bought some accessories here and there from different Hermes boutiques here in Sg.. but I think you ladies should have already known that this is not how it work..

So cut the long story short, after a few months of wait for the bright colors that she wants, I finally got the msg from SA to come down and collect..

Was super delighted for the wife.. it was a Kelly 25 Rose Pourpre in veau madame leather. Man she was a beauty.

Wasted no time and went down straight to collect.. The feeling was phenomenal.. Like a dream come true.. for the wife lah.. haha..

As for me, I was very happy for her that she got what she wanted.. so to all, dun be despair, enjoy the shopping journey.. one day you will just get the bag of your dream..

If u dun mind, may i check how much is the k25 sellier this year? I assume there was a price increase earlier this year, so I’m curious on the new pricing. TIA!

I'm a little lost on how to start as i have tried reading the past posts that I will have to stick to one outlet. Since LT is the flagship, does it mean that i will have better chance? When i visit the store, once im assigned to a SA, will i be able to stick with him/her? Truth is im a little nervous in going to H store as i hope to start it right

It's more on the SA you'll meet rather than the store. You might need to make few trips to different stores, talk to the random SAs until you find someone you can click with. then you stick to the store your SA is based at.

SA chemistry is more important than which store, imho. go to different stores, see how you feel with them, pick the best one, then stick with him/her

This is a tricky part and it will depend on how you click with the SA. Some SAs will not give out cards or contact details even if you purchase from them while some will give even if you dont purchase.

I think u might have to make a small purchase at the beginning ….just to see how it goes. Of course, you don’t have to buy after the first 2 mins u didn’t get good vibes.

It’s more like to see if the SA is serious to help u with your item and how keen they follow up for u if the item u request is currently not available yet.

I would say to pop the question early on the quota bag in a nice way. Coz some SAs are so overwhelmed that they are not taking new clients if they want quota bag.
