Ooh, That is a gorgeous colour! Congrats! I have seen that color on a Picotin with GHW, Bb10lue is one of the instagrammer whom I follows, she has a picotin in Vert Cypress and she dresses really well too, can pick up some outfit inspiration she pairs with her vert cypress.

oh bb10lue is one of my fav ig follows! Her style is so chic and minimal. Seeing her bags made me want to get a mini bolide and an ostrich B haha

Me too! not a regular, but have shopped and left with a big bag each time lol. My hubby says he looks forward to the day I leave the store with only one medium paper bag. Fingers crossed a nice mini evelyn comes along your way! I have a 1 year old, so i know how important to keep our hands free. I use a mini Jujube for that lol. it packs more things as compared to a mini evelyn. Any desired colour you're looking at?

Haha. Ok la, I’m not that bad my husband would be happy. But my wish list is never ending. There’s so many things to love about H across alot of categories.

Aww that’s lovely. I have an 18month old so I not only need hands free but also need 3 extra pair of hands if possible. I was thinking gold but I’m not too fussed about colour. It’s the strap that will be the deal breaker, I’m dreaming of a mini evelyne with one of the special straps. Wonder how often that comes around

Vert Cypress is such a understated colour! nice deep green, great as a coloured neutral besides gold/noir/etain/etoupe. You can check Bb10lue out on instagram, her older pictures has her carrying the Vert Cypress picotin, but you can reference to her outfits, which is tres chic with the VC color.

I tried the etoupe but it wasn’t right for my skin color, it made me look kind of grey. There were no gold TPMs but the SA was open about there being some in the next shipment. I’m still thinking about it ... I think gold would be so good in hot weather as it doesn’t look “heavy”.
. I’m also thinking about a gold picotin 18 which he was offering to transfer for me. I was told by one of the SAs there that in Mexico tastes tend to run toward neutrals (which makes sense given their inventory), in the US and Europe toward brights, and in Asia light, pretty feminine colors. Just for anyone to keep in mind if hunting for specific colors.

I’m not sure. I didn’t ask about a B/K ... but I was shown a black croc Constance by the SM when I asked. It was absolutely incredible but I had to think about retirement! I wonder if it’s due to my SA being new (only two weeks in) or a push offer.

So, it’s probably less competitive than Singapore. I’m sure Cancun H is different from Flagship H in Mexico City too ... that one gets a lot of tourists and may be more likely to sell to them. I’ve read that it’s easier than the US and prices are comparable too. Plus VAT refund is 8 or 9%!

I can ask my SA when I go back in a few months, my relationship with my SA is still very new. I am based in Texas but they seemed more friendly in Mexico than my “local” store in Houston.

Not sure about the pricing, but are you with an SA already? I find the hunt for mini evelyn a little challenging. My husband tried two years ago to just walk in and enquire about this bag, but never got a call back, but that was before we started shopping at H. Then beginning of this year, we shopped with our SA, and after a couple of visits, she asked if I was interested in a mini Eve. You should have seen the comical look on my hubby's face as he narrates the story of how he tried his hands at buying this bag. I think most SA will get allocated one or two pieces to offer to their clients. I've not heard much success stories of walk ins purchasing them. I passed on the mini eve after trying it on; the size just don't work for me + its a tad tiny to put my essentials. Ended up with a picotin 18 lol.

Wow, Singapore is really competitive! I was offered a mini E as a walk-in with no purchase history in Mexico H... and I was wearing cut off denim too lol.

Do you have a regular sized Evie? I find that it’s my work horse and the TPM is for short trips when you need the essentials (going to the museum, taking a walk to the park, grocery shopping). I’d definitely get the PM before the TPM. Please share reviews of your Picotin! What leather is it in? Do you like the size? I’m thinking about getting an 18. So simple and elegant!

I'm looking to make more purchases to get a Kelly 25 sellier in light neutral color with GHW (so far I've purchased 14K of non-bag items) but my SA always tells me there's no shipment though

I know the ratio for the combo i like should be higher than 1:1 (I want Craie the most but I did tell my SA that I'm open to any light neutral colors) so of course I'm willing to spend more so I can get my dream bag, BUT whatever I asked my SA for (be it clothes, scarves, shoes, accessories or jewelries) my SA told me no shipment came in at all therefore there's nth I like for me to buy (either no size or just no stock)...

The last time my SA told me to go shop for new shipment was in mid-May (almost 6 weeks ago) and my SA said no restocking since then, so it's been a month. I know there's covid but, a month? It seems like MBS and Taka are always restocking...

I really wanna purchase more soon so I can hit the quota for my bag sooner, I really wanna know if anyone hears about new shipments at Liat recently.

It'd be really helpful if any of you could share your experiences at Liat with me because honestly it's starting to get quite frustrating

Do tell if you do get to Mexico for some H shopping. Showing you a black croc when you asked, is a good indication of the availability of stock.

Not too sure exactly what you are looking for but Liat is the flagship and their deliveries are of similar frequency if not more. However usually the deliveries vary, different types of items for each delivery. Just a datapoint, a friend went to Liat towers last weekend and managed to see the new kelly and Constance necklace for example.

I mean, for the past 6 weeks, I texted my SA like every 2 weeks asking if they got new shipment for anything and my SA just flat out told me NO, no new shipments at all since May 15th... so I don't even know what to think now, since there's obviously new shipment if your friend saw the new necklaces that i didn't see 6 weeks ago Yet my SA says no. I don't understand what's going on now.

Frankly you can just make an appt on a weekly or fortnightly basis to visit and see what’s available. If her response is this way, it seems like something has gone wrong somewhere that she doesn’t welcome you as a customer.

Well, I actually did try to make an appt with my SA to try on a blouse which my SA told me only had size 34 left (I'm usually a size S) then she said "this one is in very small cut", I kinda took that as a very subtle way of her trying to ask me not to go. I really don't wanna go through changing an SA so it's quite bothering me because I too have been trying to figure out what's gone wrong though.

Perhaps there was a miscomm and your SA thought you were asking if there were new shipments of items that you asked her to keep a lookout for you? It could be that these items have not been restocked but they received shipments of other lines in the meantime. Best to clarify with your SA

ya, most likely this. There was plenty of scarfs when I popped by last week (drawers was full, which from previous visits, it's usually not that well stocked) and lots of H bracelets in various colours. I would think Liat and Taka has stock coming in for various items weekly. If your SA kept saying that there's no shipment, I would assume its in relation to the items on your wishlist.

There's some fine jewellery pieces you can pre order and pay a deposit first if you happen to like those. I personally feel the quota bag you're after may not materialise any time soon as the colour you're after may not be in season yet. It could be months or years, but as you're open to spending more while waiting, you can look into items where they will have to order in for you (tableware/ fine jewellery etc) to sorta buff up your pre spend; although I would recommend to only go for what you like. Trust your SA, and make a trip down to just do a window shop/catch up and explore what's new in store. I know the hippomobile was just recently release in store, pretty cute table ware.

I shop at Liat and I think each time I went, my SA showed me something new or mentioned about new shipments. First time, SA said got new shipment came in some Twillys (but in all honesty, not much variety), another time, new Kelly/Constance/Birkin necklaces and another time, some new scarfs (albeit in the men's department) and I noticed some new shoes as well on my own. I didn't mention this to make you more upset, but more to assure you that there are new items, but perhaps your SA meant that there was no match to your wishlist items, similar to a few other members' hypothesis.

I feel it would be good to clarify with her as this will not be good for your own emotional health to be upset... happyshopping! Hope your Craie comes true!
