3 months isn’t long. I’ve ordered another fine jewellery item since December and am still waiting. Initial quote was 3 to 6 months. Now it seems to be 6 to 9 months, HTH!
Ive also ordered a fine jewellery recently which the SA mentioned may take up to a year to deliver. I also had some purchase last year. Assuming my jewellery is delivered next year, does my spendings over the years be accumulated for a quota bag? Or do I have to re-start again?

Best to ask your SA, I think rules changes, depending on store and stock. If you are in a rush, you can ask your SA if you can cancel the deposit and use it to pay for other stuff, I think she would be happy to get her commission earlier rather than later. I paid deposit for a pair of shoes last month and Friday she told me that there is no stock in Asia so I used the deposit to pay for friday’s purchase.
You are right that my purchase will be 1.2x and there’s no guarantee, she say she might surprise me when the time is right. When I started this journey, I was prepared for such a possibility so I am still pretty cool about it, let’s see what happens when the pendant arrives. She said it’s on the way and when I asked when, she sidestepped the question and said that I am on top of her excel worksheet. I also empathise that she would love to get the stock quickly so that she gets her commission but this is not within her control.
overall, I’m really happy about my etoupe picotin 18 and frida Bleu roulis slim wallet.

Once again, had one of the worst experiences in Hermes Taka.
Went in looking for bandana scarf 55, SA took out only 70s for me; only realizing when I (politely) pointed out it’s the wrong size. Entire time seemed very uninterested in helping me, made me feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. I mean why come to the door if you don’t like to help walk-in customers?!

Not that I even need to say this, but I was polite and careful the whole time, asked few questions, also dressed with Hermes scarf/ shoes/ watch.

So annoyed that I’m tempted to state what her name starts with, but no point being as distasteful…. As she was.

Look out guys! Best to go other boutiques instead.

So sorry about your experience … it’s really off putting when the experience is unpleasant esp when we are spending quite a fair bit of money.

I’m just not sure why they’re getting away with this and why the store manager or overall brand management isn’t changing the system. I get that they can’t offer everything to everyone but this..

Sorry to hear. While none of the SAs have ever been outright rude, I have to say I’ve never felt very welcomed/comfortable shopping at Hermès. This has not been my experience in Chanel, LV or any other luxury brand for that matter.

Not sure if the difference is I have the best SAs in the other stores and just haven’t found the right SA at H.

But anyway for the moment I’m just sticking to shopping on the H online store since I have no plans of getting either B/K or C anytime soon.

by the way, what’s the current availability and pricing of the mini Evelyne? Considering the bag as a casual everyday bag,any ladies have the bag and care to share your review?

I didn’t know what to engrave lol. Cuz I bought it for myself… my SA suggested my kids names and I liked that idea so kids names!

I bought it for myself too, so it's pointless to engrave dates etc hahah! plus I think many years down the road, my 2 daughters may want to inherit my watches, so if I engraved my own initial, they may not want to wear them? luckily the store was not crowded at that point, so I had a little more time to just think on the spot lol. It's been fun though! So glad they had the watch event, and this time the watches included Cape Code ones. Heard it was limited sizes and design for last year's watch event.

I paid $2650 for mine but I have not started using it yet as I am not too sure that I can carry the colour well.
