There is no spend required for mini L but I understand they are reserved for VIPs as of now.

There’s sale events in sg too. But also reserved for vip and people with good relationships with their SA

Yup, it’s the finesse necklace but was expecting it to come much later so that it can be taken into consideration for second quota bag
