Hi all, I think previously I got say in this forum before that your online purchases shouldn't matter towards your SA
However I just thought I needed to clarify that, because I just found out today that my SA can actually see what I purchased online, and also what I purchased before previously in other outlets before too. So they can see everything.

Just thought to put this out here in case someone saw what I said before and then relied on it or something!

I agree with this, that is why i wondered when i visit another store and requested an item from another SA (which is not my Usual SA) he checked on the phone first my info and then browsed a bit before allowing me to reserve a bag. As my spending is quite varied and most of the time i spend online. And i never had a transaction with him but then he allowed me to do reservation. Maybe with the purchase history of online/and other stores is a factor for him.

agree n it does make sense, as every boutiques i went, just mentioned ur particular n they can see ur profile... i created my profile 1st time through online purchases..
