Hi, it’s my first bag as well. I’m abit not sure if she put in the order cos my spent is slightly below $16k ($15.7k+) and she realized after asking me what i was looking for. So i am not v sure if she has put in the order anot. She said can try but if can get another small item chances higher but everything that i want not available. It has been about 3 weeks

Hi ladies, has anyone changed stores and SA before? And how is the process going to be? I don’t want to offend anyone. I already spent $5k at liat but want to change to NAC for the double points promo
My current SA at Liat is ok-ok only

just change lor, no one's stopping you, no one will stop you too. You can change anytime you like
but you lose the spending you have already accumulated in Liat, so that's your loss.

you can just change to another store you want as and when you like. But people don't do that since there is such an opportunity cost involved.

The double points promo is not going to save you as much as $5000 that you already spent at Liat? Hence, you gauge yourself if it is worth it to change just because of the double points promo. Also, the double points promo only lasts 1 week and might not have the items you want in store during that week too.

Hi all, I think previously I got say in this forum before that your online purchases shouldn't matter towards your SA
However I just thought I needed to clarify that, because I just found out today that my SA can actually see what I purchased online, and also what I purchased before previously in other outlets before too. So they can see everything.

Just thought to put this out here in case someone saw what I said before and then relied on it or something!
