Just wanted to come by and say that reseller prices are really at a high now :/ even the reseller that I have been loyaLLy following have increased prices by few $k.

Yes.. I buy from resellers but I am holding off for now.. if it’s a 2k increase I can still accept but the neutral colors have gone up by 5k which is really too much.

I dropped by again and this time she gave me her work number but unfortunately still remains unresponsive. It’s been about four days.. lol.
If anyone wouldn’t mind sharing their SA please pm me! I’m stuck.

Since this relationship is still new, how about dropping by another time to look for a different SA at Liat if you didn’t have good experience at Taka or MBS? Personally I like MBS as it’s nice and quiet. Takashimaya is too busy and crowded for my liking.

I had a nice Sa before and she left due to the pressures of a retail sales job. I think as you get more serious you probably have to find out if a nice Sa is also able to get you the bags u want.

For many of us here, it’s really chance and trial and error. Look around, visit the stores again and I hope you find a nice and good Sa

My current Sa is hardly what I call nice, very poor attitude and service and she will make sure I spend in order to get the bag I want and is only ‘nice’ when I do. Why I still take her nonsense is because I am still able to get the bags I want. Although I’m a few years in this game, to be honest I am also looking for a good Sa who is nice as well. A lousy Sa can really sour the in-store experience which I still value.

However I won’t hesitate to buy the bag I want from reseller. Probably not now as the prices are too high, but I have done so before and I felt really happy to be able to get what I want with no waiting and no drama.

You’re right, I suppose I should keep looking around till I find a good SA. My experiences all have been quite unfriendly so abit disappointed.

If anyone out there would like to recommend an SA please let me know!

I should add that it’s not always 1:1. If you are requesting for a popular size or color you can be expected/required to spend more.

I'm not too sure. Maybe its a case of high demand... I have heard of people who camp on hermes online or visit the store freq to get popular bags so as to sell them off at a high premium. There must be a lot of keen buyers for them to exist.

think typically mini evelyne are seldom offered to walk ins, simply cause many regulars also like mini evelynes.
so they tend to offer this to their customers first. however, of course with anything, sometimes pure luck is involved!
