Hi all, was wondering if you could provide some advice. Im new to H and just met an SA at Liat but she’s rather unresponsive over emails and has not offered to give me her number. I’ve bought some shoes n Picotin with her.
I’m guessing she’s not really interested in my profile? Should I switch SA since I’m still early in this “journey”? Lol. To be honest I haven’t had any good experience with any SA in MBS or Taka. So far only staff in Liat seem nice.
Any thoughts are appreciated!

Just wondering if it is very difficult to get a lindy26 or bolide27 from the stores here in Singapore?
Also, I was told that when the SAs have to ballot for bags before they can sell it to their customers/regulars. Is this true?

Hello there! I'm also rather new to H (started this Aug). My story is similar, just different locations and the main issue is chemistry with the SA. I started out at Liat and while the SA I worked with was polite enough when we interacted in person, he was not responsive over e-mails and also did not offer to give me his number. I walked into H at Takashimaya one day and was served by an SA that I clicked much better with. Not too sure how to explain, but I felt more comfortable talking to her. I decided to then switch stores and 'restarted' a profile at Takashimaya. No regrets so far. I am in for the long haul and I much rather have an as pleasant a shopping experience as possible each time.

I think there should be SA(s) that would suit you at every store. Just keep walking into different H stores and 'shop around' for an SA.

You’re right, I suppose I should keep looking around till I find a good SA. My experiences all have been quite unfriendly so abit disappointed.

If anyone out there would like to recommend an SA please let me know! :)
 
I oso started my journey sometime in Aug this year. High five!

For me, I wanted to get a pair of the legend sandals. So I kinda went “shopping for a SA”. I don’t knw what to expect, with all the stories around. And there is always this worry, after this 1st purchase, how to continue the relationship with the SA.

So, I went to an H at Taka. I tried on a size, which doesn’t fit. The SA was quite neutral, no other recommendations. And so I left.
Next time around, I went back H at Taka again, to try my luck.
Another SA, but this time, he offered to have my size transferred from the warehouse. I was thinking “that’s nice, Tks very much!”
And soon, he called back a few days later, that’s how I decided to carry on the relationship with this SA. (That’s how I got his contact number too) Makes me feel he goes a little extra mile, even though I have not purchase anything from him before.

Some SAs don’t contact, even when they say they would, when I expressed interest in some other items.
So these are SAs who don’t work for me.

I spoke to SA about quota bag after other purchases, not the first purchase thou. I think they are quite open about it.
 
Hello! :) I had a similar experience but at the taka store after my original SA left. The SA who took over was nice enough, but a little hit & miss when it comes to replying. Ultimately, I decided to give another store a go thanks to a rec from a fellow member here and have never looked back.
It may sound like a cliche, but best to go with your gut feeling! Good luck

Sorry for late response! I have not talked to my SA about the 1:1 spending or quota as I am more interested in and have been buying other stuffs from H (e.g. their RG jewelry, RTW, shoes...). That said, I would not mind having an H bag in collection. I will raise the topic when opportune and share the information if useful. :) All the best shopping for an SA. A lot of it is about 缘分.

I agree that most SAs (even the security guys!) at Liat are really nice!

Some SAs may not really check their emails and I think can always ask them for their number if you feel that you have the right chemistry with them. Sometimes they may have forgotten to pass you their numbers if the store is really busy.
I'll normally just WhatsApp my SA directly and she responses pretty fast or on the next day if I happened to text her when she's off.

I agree with the rest that sometimes it is really about the chemistry you have with a particular SA (not much about the store) and a lot of it is about 缘分 (like what Eropagnis said).

It’s almost funny cos it really sounds like it’s a complicated relationship. N we are all looking for that right someone.

I dropped by again and this time she gave me her work number but unfortunately still remains unresponsive. It’s been about four days.. lol.

I’ll save some money in the mean time lol
