Hi,

I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this but i have had the most tiring journey with H here.

Did my first purchase in 2017 and the SA-1 that served me, was very sweet and provided her number. Subsequently, when I went back to get other stuff, she got promoted and recommended an SA-2 to serve me. SA-2 is great when serving at store, but not really responsive with text (she was pretty reluctant to provide her number - until my previous SA-1 told her to). I had gone off and on to purchase stuff but I kept getting the vibe that she was not that interested.

Time passed and late last year, I happened to go by the store but she wasn't around. I had sent my timepiece for a battery change and check but this time, I was attended to by another SA-3. She was rather nice and very helpful in getting the shoes that I had been looking for. She was casually asking if I had a regular SA and if it was ok that she served me if I didn't had one. I told her; I think so but she was always taking a long time to respond or not respond at all..so I was not sure if she was considered my SA. A few weeks down, SA-2 called me and said that she will transfer my details to SA-3 and SA-3 will do a better job in serving me because she is not very responsive especially in texting. At that time, I was waiting for some items to arrive and SA-2 told me that SA-3 will liaise direct with me from then.

Today, I heard from SA-2 that SA-3 has left. She will inform me when my items arrive. So I said ok and told her that I am looking for some stuff and sent the pics over. She didnt acknowledge though. Hours later, I received a text from her telling me that the items I ordered have arrived! I was very happy (it was a 6-mth wait) and thanked her.

She goes on and says - I have reserved it under your name, just bring your receipt will do. Thank you. (She still does not want to serve me? Hmm..)

Sorry for the LONG rant, but I just had to get it out of my system! Should I move on to another store? I'm disappointed that things are turning out this way! Any advise from anyone here?

Wow. All I can say this even reading this makes me tired. Is your store very big that you could find another SA? Do you shop at the store very often?

Oh dear...seems like a very tiring process.I have this experience of an SA not replying to my sms at all.What makes me puzzle was she was so friendly in the store and gave me her number. Since this SA is not interested in my business,I moved to other store to make my purchase.Ever since I found a new SA,I’m happy shopping in Hermes.
