I think despite that I’ll still just buy from the boutique.
I’m too lazy to learn all the fine little details to authenticate something myself so unless I buy something straight from the boutique there will always a lingering doubt of whether I just bought a super fake that even paid authentication services missed.
I also don’t like paying a premium to resellers, who makes it difficult for me to acquire my bag because they compete in the H game with me, so they can play it more and make it more difficult for me.

Seriously I m not into paying full price for H jewelry when I can get it at 30% discount fr reseller brand new as many who play the H games will try to encash their not needed purchases.

Absolutely. Whatever makes the most financial sense to you. To me there will never be 100% certainty of authenticity from a reseller. It's a risk the buyer takes.

Based to the info shared by my SA, the 'quota' is to spend $25k within 12months or shorter, to be offered a K or B, with the same SA, or at least in the same boutique as they do not cross-check the spending to calculate the total amount, even if the spendings are all within SG.

Just sharing what I've heard.

Not sure, really. Only sharing what my SA told me.
I'm quite the minority as I prefer other models over a B or K, so the info isn't too important

No worries, I'm just asking out of curiosity as I'm quite sure I spent far lesser than that to get my first K. Anyway, as per H's norm, the rules changes as and when they please

Hermes Spa now is $420. Hardware change $220. For B30. They don’t polish hardware. Previously I sent for bag Spa was to replace hardware so this no polish policy is new to me.

Saw few mini Halzan. So tiny so cute.

Can i ask, if we pay tax for a LV bag in paris, do we still need to declare in singapore?

If the bag is a gift that is in handcarry luggage, so we need to declare as well?

I totally agree. Some resellers are not so nice.

I had 2 very bad experience with local resellers (extremely bad tempered, haughty, and yelled at me actually when I request she transferred the funds to my account as I don't want to carry cash)..personal shoppers (who disappeared with my $$ for 4 months, before returning it after loads of threats, claiming that customs singapore was holding back my bag..) I had friends who lost their K shopping overseas in Paris.


I will give my $$ to the SA with the best service and only selected resellers who honor what they promise. Good service will get my $.

But for best peace of mind.. I guess is to buy direct from the boutique. Unless of cos it is vintage (I love H vintage) which I have to do lots of research and bababebi helps alot.
