Hi ladies! How Often do we need to send the Hermès Bags to the spa for conditioning? Does it depend on humidity and use? Not sure if I could do simple cleaning and conditioning on my own at home to preserve the leather since it takes a long time for them to send to Paris and send back again...

I think for basic spa treatments like conditioning, it’s done by the resident artisans based in SG. I’ve experienced a much quicker turnaround compared to repairs sent to Paris. HTH.

Oops, my reply was misleading. I haven’t gotten conditioning done, but the work that was done within Singapore came back much faster (incomparable lol) than work that was sent to Paris.

I may be wrong, but I’m guessing conditioning will be done in Singapore.

Yes, it’s torture if you ask me. I think that’s how resellers get their buyers, people cannot take it anymore and buy from them. When l was waiting, I unfollowed those hermes-centric accounts on lnstagram and l think it helps, haha… going out of topic here..

Yes.. I have actually resorted to getting a constance from a reseller while waiting for my birkin. Question: can I bring a bag I bought from a reseller to visit my SA?
