Congratulations! I use craie Epsom cardholder, sometimes there are some stains and I use keepers cream to rub them off but I suggest to try using small corners first.

I have seen a tourist being offered Picotin in vert comics at Liat, like what others have said, it depends on availability and if sa wants to offer it.

Btw, need to correct a misconception l may have propagated in this forum. At liat, prespend is needed to queue for Constance but doesn’t reset after getting the bag (ie the constance prespend can be carried forward for b/k). I think a few others have mentioned it before and from there l asked my sa again, he confirmed it doesn’t reset

I’ve heard that MBS is the most tourist friendly so you may have a better chance there. Hope you can find what you want!

My friend said she saw a tourist being offered other non popular bag but rejected and the tourist requested for picotin but SA asked if the customer has a profile and looked through the profile before bringing out a p18 in trench phw.
My friend also commented she saw the SA scrolling through the purchases and seems like quite a long list though.

Mostly the SM and some senior SAs assisting, go to Paris twice a year to order everything for the store. It is called Podium and is happening now. They have team dinners and special events as well. A few of my Paris SAs' and I follow each other's social media accounts mutually, so I can see some of it.

Hello. Has anyone managed to score chypre in stores recently? I visited but the SAs say they are hard to get as they are super popular now. Wouldn’t even let me put on wish list.

i managed to get a pair of the fuzzy ones at Liat Towers a while back, but you can check the website as i managed to get a leather pair there too!

I managed to get a pair in store this week!
Sometimes they pop up on the Hermes Singapore website but they go super fast so you'll have to check periodically

Hi ladies! How Often do we need to send the Hermès Bags to the spa for conditioning? Does it depend on humidity and use? Not sure if I could do simple cleaning and conditioning on my own at home to preserve the leather since it takes a long time for them to send to Paris and send back again...

I don’t send mine unless necessary like something happened to the bag that needs cleaning/spa or repair.

Not necessarily a need to condition the leather periodically, as shared by my SA. It’s more important to store the bags properly, use them often or air them periodically so that mold won’t get them. Some do get dehumidifier cabinet to store them too.
