Hi all, was wondering if I met an SA I felt I had more connection with, and is also much more responsive and nicer to me than my current SA , would it be possible to change SA, and if so how would I do that or would you advise against it? They are in the same store, and am still new to the Hermes journey so only met my current SA twice. Appreciate any advice thank you!

If you havent purchased anything significant yet from your current SA, for me, I would change SA. Your purchases, since in the same store, would still count towards your profile. The takeaway here is your SA will be the key to everything.

Ah ok thanks for the advice! I have purchased maybe around 5k with her so far? Also how do I change SA, do I need to tell her (I want to be polite and respectful I guess) and then just start contacting the other SA instead?

5K may not be enough or significant enough for a qb but it is still something so you may want to think twice first. But if ever you decide to change already, you dont need to tell your current SA, just start contacting and shopping with the one you prefer. The question is, in case the new SA dont count the 5K as you prespend, will you still be okay with it? It will definitely count towards your overall profile but if may or may not be counted in your prespend.

Your overall profile takes into account all of your purchases in all categories while your prespend for quota bags or nonquota bags, if any, depends on a lot of things - SA, categories, limit per category, etc. Best is to check with your SA. From what I know and based on personal experience, when allocating or approving bags, the SM or whoever is in charge considers your whole profile even if not everything is counted towards your prespend. This matters when you are after popular specs.

Thanks Gris Perle for B25 and Noir for ML. I shop at Taka which is well known for long waiting time but no complain though.

Congratulations. If don’t mind sharing what’s your spend ratio to get the ML and did you get that after B25 or before ? I heard ML only gets offered after B and K. TIA.

Thank u ML was before B25 and I guess that’s partly the reason why the extra long wait for B25. ML will not deduct my spending quota but I do shop once awhile when there is something I like or my wish list arrive, during new launch etc…
