Yes, I think it's still 2 QB per year. Though it depends on too many factors if the 2nd QB can arrive on time (relationship with SA, style, size, color & HW combo, stocks, shipment, etc.). Saw previous posts that the waiting time seems to get longer & longer...

Which store do you shop at? You're the lady whose SA is on ML right? Her name has 5 alphabets and ends with an A? Pls don’t spell out her name in your response ok. We need to protect her identity! I think we might shop at the same store.

I’m picking my red packets up tomorrow. Could it be bcos your interim SA is allocating the red packets to her own customers? It’s an awful feeling though. I feel bad for you.

As of last week at LT, some shoes and scarves have arrived. Most of the new season’s scarves have yet to come in.

It is available since last week. But I heard it is for selected customers only though. Maybe you should consider a change in SA.

This is one of those “let’s address elephants in the room” moment. I tried to contain myself but I couldn’t let go of the thoughts surging through me.

Darling, just because she didn’t get allocated red packets, you’re advising her to change SA!!! What if I said that among my circle of friends, we receive two sets of red packets each year? Are you going to tell those who receive one set to change SA too?

The Hermes journey is different for each and everyone and you build your profile and relationship slowly. And yes, H clientele are tiered. Treatment is different because your profile and spending history is different. We need to accept this instead of flippantly advising others to change SA! Chill girl, chill. It’s just red packets!

And don’t hate me. Like you, I’m not a VVIP tier customer either. I’m very cognisant that I shouldn’t have unreasonable expectations.

To put it bluntly, if you didn't get angbaos, you didn't spend enough for your SA to allocate for you ... even if your SA is on ML.

Clients who are allocated ang baos don't have to ask for them or specially make an appointment during CNY... their SAs will message them to collect the ang baos

Just expect nothing, be less hung up over tiny things, treat everything that comes along as an additional bonus and you will be much happier.

My SA doesnt have to give me ang baos as long as she keeps my bags coming...
