Does anyone know if any of the Singapore Hermes locations are tourists friendly? Will be visiting next month for a week and am Looking to get non-quota bag and charms that are mostly only available in Asia.

Yes they are! I was in store yesterday and saw tourists purchasing lots! Please bring your original passport to the store for tax refund!

I literally just gifted something last week and the food item was accepted. Was below $100, nothing extravagant. Maybe the policy differs from store to store and SA to SA, very much like how some SAs accept rollovers of prespend and some don’t, even within the same store. I shop at the same store as another forumer who shared that her store doesn’t accept food and rollover.

Please don’t ask me to specify which store and which SA bcos we all know that I can’t and won’t. Moral of the story is everyone’s journey is different.

But for those who’ve received specific advice from your SAs, best to heed them.

9 months is pretty long.. May I ask if you continued spending during the 9 months and if yes, did your SA allow rollover to the next bag?

Yes.. it’s so long but it’s worth it! Love it when I saw it!! I continued spending but at a slower pace as my SA says my spending can be carried forward to my 2nd QB! Do check with your SA to be safe as different SA and different boutiques may have different rules!

As for rollover of prespend, it’s really up to your SA to make the case for you.

Depending on your SA and the popularity of the colour. Normally 2:1

Last Christmas I tried to gift some cookies for the team but was rejected. I’ve just done it for mooncake festival.


Saying zero gift policy. Sadness despite me asking again. I had to bring it back.

My SA rejected small gift (chocolate)this year. But she accepted gift last year.
