hello all, nice to e-meet you. wish you all happy H-journey for 2023 :)

I will be travelling to SIN for biz that I could only have little chance to shop at Changi airport H stores in T1/T2/T3. However my flights will be landing / departing in T4, as far as I know H stores in T1/T2/T3 all after immigration. if i am still able to visit them? please correct me if i am wrong. TIA :D

T4 isn’t connected to T1/2/3 and I don’t recall a transit shuttle arrangement though I might be wrong.

Hi ladies, apologies if this has been asked before, but do you continue to spend before your QB arrives? Few months ago my SA sent in request for my first QB which hasn’t arrived yet. Recently she asked me to go down to take a look at new items. So I asked if the spending will be counted towards the second QB since the first one hasn’t arrived yet. Short answer is no and I should just spend on items I like. In your experience, are you all required to continue to spend like that? If I had all the money in the world, I wouldn’t mind to continue spending to sustain the relationship - but ideally I just want my prespend to work towards my QBs. Appreciate any advice or thoughts!

I don’t think it is required since your SA already mentioned that it will not be counted to second QB. If you only want to spend for QBs, then best not to drop by and wait for your first QB.

My SA is also on ML. Another SA was assigned to cover her duties. She's not super friendly but she does the basics eg. reply my enquiries and inform me when my wishlist items have arrived.
If once in a while there's something I really like, I would just buy it even if I'm not being served by my regular SA. It can't be helped sometimes...
But I will make sure that the majority of my purchases are still through my regular SA.

Hi everyone! New here in SG and recently started shopping at Liat. Can someone please sum up what does and does not count to pre-spend? I’ve read that small leather goods and fashion jewelry count up to a certain amount. Any clarity would be great.

I was only given the answer to my question when I dropped by and since I was already there and didn’t want to waste her time, I still bought fine jewellery. There were other items I liked and wanted to buy but stopped myself since they don’t count towards any QB. Could have easily hit the prespend for another QB during that one visit since many new items for 2023 arrived. I was also told that it’s usually only one QB per year now since QB stocks are low. I’m pretty disappointed tbh as I was hoping for the usual 2 QB a year. I spend freely if it counts towards QB, but if i doesn’t, I’m stuck in a dilemma on how to sustain the relationship while waiting for the only one QB this year - and the year only just started. :(

Don‘t get your hopes too high on the available stock in the first place. I asked about SLGs in terminal 1 & 3 only 1-2 weeks ago. They said they only have SLGs for display not for sale …

Just start a new profile in another store and buy what u like and where it counts.

Many thanks for the advice. Yeah i’ll see what i get for my first QB and how things go from now til then. If my SA still didn’t get the hint that I would only want to work towards a QB then I would tell her explicitly. If she cannot accept that then i’ll definitely move on.

Do you mind me asking which outlet is it? It sucks how they are always low stock when comes to QB.
