A simple one. I have 1 QB only. I thought it was open to all who went to shop during this period actually. My SA asked if I want to do the globe and take photo at the Photo Booth after my shopping. :smile:Omg i think
Hmm…so I think it’s depends on the store , your SA’ s so nice , your globe’ s nice also, but i heard that in mbs we need to wait very long after hit the pre spend, is it ?
 
Happy to share that I did my 4th SO order on Tuesday! The new season for RTW is next week!

I am a new member to this forum and excited to join this community of H lovers :) I have been shopping with my SA for a few years and have been asking if I can get a SO but my SA’s response has always been “maybe in future” and he didn’t share more even when i asked. Can you (or anyone in this forum who has experience) share how to better increase chances of SO (eg is it I need to be with SA for x number of years, pre-spend x ratio above the usual qb requirement or anything special that i need to do to increase my chance?)? Thanks!

Thank you for all those who replied me, it was a very difficult decision as my current SA at Liat tower was very nice to me but now i think he has changed.. and as per suggestion above, i think i will not chit chat with him thru Whatsapp but just make an appointment and chit chat in person. hope this will helps! i will give him one more chance :biggrin:

and i spoke to an SA at NAC regarding QB, little did i know we must stick to one store, since my purchases was spread between NAC and Liat, i feel like my purchase history are useless now :sad: oh man..

on another topic, if we keep return/exchange item, it will make a bad impression?

I'd think changing SA is fine if you feel it's not really working out very well for you. I started off from Liat Tower and it didn't work out well for me, and I find the SA who took my request didn't really put them up for me. Somehow after I switched to Taka and met my current SA. This is where the real thing happens. She actually does put up my requests and will contact me when the item I want is here, including a mini Evelyne I was asking for the longest. And now she's helping me towards a K25 for my 1st QB and has been giving me advice on how to manage my pre-spend without me popping the question.

Most SAs I interacted with throughout the 3 stores in SG, including the ones in airport stores, are very nice, but not many will really make an effort to help all their customers. It's quite understandable because everyone wants a QB, and SA can pick and choose which customer they think is worth assisting. I spoke to one SA in MBS, and he was telling me how Paris is tightening the allocation of QBs including non-QBs and will cancel the customer's request w/o any notice or reason given including long-time H customers. Had a long chat with him in store and I ended up not getting anything as all the items I want are OOS or not of my liking. Well, I think being sincere is the way to go and unafraid to reject SAs' recommendations and let them know your style & colour preference. Besides forming a r/s with Hermes, going into brand is also a form of lifestyle. All SAs are trained on Hermes brand values and what to look for in customers who will fit into their brand values.

Hi, can I check with you how long is "a few years"?
I got my first SO after one year and only after one QB of a Kelly bag (k32). The second year, I was offered an SO for a constance and I said yes as well. Please do note that for my second SO offer, it was a surprise that it came so fast. I am not a super VIP but I am a regular client in MBS. I do buy H items every month but my spending is between 1k to 2k a month.
Your SA should be able to offer you a HSS (also called SO) by now.
I got my third SO , a Birkin30 last 2019. And for this fourth one, I was offered a mini Kelly SO. My SA and I have been together for 9 years. My first 3 years, I allowed him to guide me, but nowadays, I just go to the store to buy something that I know I will use or gift to family.
My SA is also sometimes funny, he would message me randomly but usually he has a schedule. And when I send him WA messages, it takes him days to reply back, even weeks, I felt for a time he was ghosting me.
But for QB bags, I don't ask at all. He does know that I deserve 2 bags a year.
I only buy homeware, and SLGs, and once a year watch. That is basically my profile.

thanks for sharing your experience! very interesting that your SO bag is already pre-indicated. I always thought you could choose what bag (eg. b, k, c, etc) that you want to SO.

I gather it is the decision of the SM of that particular store to place a wider range of styles for each round of Special Orders hence a very specific SO offer. I have also heard that is in line with what Paris prefers and I believe there's a better chance of the orders being fulfilled and not cancelled. This is also why some SMs worldwide encourage invited clients to consider SOs in styles other than the B/K/C as well. It reflects well on the customer, the SM and the store as it shows an appreciation for Hermes craftsmanship, apart from simply ordering the "triumvirate".

Then you haven’t received and QB from liat ? How long did you work with liat SA ?
 
FJs are back in-store ladies. I recall that a few weeks back, there were a few ppl who complained that you had to wait for a very long time for your Kelly Gourmette. @smoothsailor have you picked yours up? I was offered one in-store on 1 Jan. SA said new shipments came in so now there’s zero waiting time for KG, while stocks last. Lots of other fancy blings were available too. I was a little traumatised by the crowd though. So many customers in the malls and in H. I haven’t seen H so packed with parents and kids in a while.
