Hi. My SA told me it's > 6 months. Tbh, kinda regret picking this outlet to get my bag. Their stock level for FJ, SLG, make-up etc is perpetually low and the waiting time for bags is just ...

True.. everything and anything popular are OSS.. I always wait for my SA to text me when the items I requested arrived at the store.. otherwise it is just 1 min tour with empty hand.

It’s ok. My SA told me it’s more than 10 months at MBS outlet. he says they’re unable to keep up with fulfilling the quota. Once they fulfill 100/500 bags, 300 requests come in. It’s never ending. I reckon it’s also due to the influx of tourists and tourists always HAVE to visit mbs idky LOL

I was told 6-12 months. A friend got hers recently after 12 months. I also heard that some have waited more than 12 months and still waiting as they have very specific request.

It’s ok. My SA told me it’s more than 10 months at MBS outlet. he says they’re unable to keep up with fulfilling the quota. Once they fulfill 100/500 bags, 300 requests come in. It’s never ending. I reckon it’s also due to the influx of tourists and tourists always HAVE to visit mbs idky LOL

Just to confirm if you’ve used the OCBC Titanium Rewards successfully in H with 10X points? Asking cos I have that card as well

Used at MBS in August and got 10X. (Also got 10X with various overseas H boutiques)

I don't own an Ocbc Titanium card but I use my Taka-Amex card for H Taka purchases. I find the 6% rebate pretty ok. Only thing is the rebate is in the form of Taka vouchers.

Won’t be travelling anytime this month, would anyone know if they can transfer the bracelet over to the stores at LT or Taka? Otherwise, can I buy it through a phone call? Thank you all!

Are you able to add it to cart on the website? Items available to add to cart on the online store can be sent to LT for pickup, the option is during checkout. Another option is to ask your LT/Taka SA to help you request from the online/ Changi store. Your SA will get commission for it and it will contribute to your profile if the transfer is successful, but it could take several weeks and is subject to whether the other store agrees to transfer it or not

Anyone who has experience making a SO in SG stores know usually which month of the year is it open to clients? Is it twice a year?
