When you were sharing about your preference for QB, did she mention that she will be getting approval for your QB?

If not, then I would just check with her directly by asking her if she has put your request into the queue. Better to ask in person next time you speak to her.

Hi,

I will be transitting through Singapore soon. How are the SA at the airport? If there were bags on display not reserved, the SA openly tells you to spend before letting you take it off the shelves?

Talk of spending is taboo at my home store. So just want to know the custom. Thank you

It’s the usual routine. You pick up everything else to clock spend and when she asks if there’s anything else, you ask for a bag. Then off to the till you go.

hi all.. i am recently keen to get a Lindy 26 for my mom and mini Evelyne for myself for travels. Can anyone share their input if these require prespend or can i be placed on waitlist? i have only purchased something in the airport store but not the city outlets. i would also like to get some small accessories like Pop H earrings and neckalces but i will not hit 1:1 ratio for sure. Thanks in advance!

Would suggest you pick a store and SA. Start shopping with him/her. Buy what you like and then ask her for the bags. Don’t need prespend but you prob will do better with a relationship.

Hi ladies,
I am new to H journey and thank you all for your trove of sharings and advice here.
I would like to seek your opinions with regards to my starting H journey. A mistake I felt I had made was reading this thread after I visited 1 of the stores for the first time some time back whereby the SA set up my profile for me. At that point in time, I was clueless and did not know the consequences of setting up a profile. During that visit, I only purchased a small item as the other two I was looking for (not bags) were not available which I reckoned the reason for no namecard given to me. I suppose I do not have any r/s with this SA/store...
If I make an online purchase to be pick up, I would like to seek your advice what should I do if I find smt I like there, should and do I purchase it under my profile set up at the other store? What is the consequences in terms of my journey? Will it have any repercussion? (as in starting a r/s w an SA?)

hi hi,
1. its ok to set up a profile with Store A and later you decide to continue with Store B with same profile. usually no repercussions. better to catch this early than late :smile:
2. do note online purchase do not count towards your prespend

Hihi, sorry to ride on your qns. Me too similar encounter. Bought something from store A, SA set up profile for me but did not give me her card or contact. 2nd time I went, bought something small with a different SA since the previous one is not around. The 2nd SA also didn't give me her card or contact. I'm puzzled. Not sure how does it work. Does that mean I don't have a fix SA? The next time when I go, what should I do? Since I don't have their contact.

if you have a preference for either of the SAs you met, and you have their name, next time when you call to fix an appointment, ask for him/her. Then, when you see them in person, let them know you would like them to be your regular SA and also ask them how best to stay in contact :)

Thanks for ur responses! Yes, she logs in my pref as well as my wishlist & I cn see it on her phone as she shows me... bt she doesn't mention anything abt getting approval frm SM. Thinking abt stopping my buying like what @smoothsailor suggested, bt also nt rly sure wht to say to nudge my SA to let her knw I am waiting for a QB since she nvr say the prespend thing, I also js kno abt it cuz of this forum/thread
