No i did not buy anything else, SA said only one piece available.

Abit hard coz i only purchased 2x so far haha, once at Taka once at LT still finding good SA.. hope can connect with one soon..

Yeah I don’t think they charge Shipping fees to send back to paris but do note that if bag gets sent to paris the waiting time is quite long - like estimated 3-6 months or more depending on complexity . If done locally , it’s a shorter wait

i think most impt is proper storage and maybe avoid keeping in a place that is too humid. I’ve a togo birkin that is > 5 year old and still in very good condition. Nvr used any conditioner on it .In fact I was kiasu and I tried to send it for bag spa recently just to condition the leather but the SA told me that spa is not needed as nothing much more needs to be done . Haha

My SA said it’s not necessary as long as we rotate and use the bags often or take it out of storage to air them once in a while. It’s easy for leather bags to turn mouldy in our humidity, unfortunately.

Heya my SA just went on maternity leave but I don’t know who the replacement is, have u all met similar situation before? How did u all handle it? I am expecting my QB end of the year and also was wondering who to reach out to in case I want to purchase anything since it is the festivities soon

i am not in a similiar situation but if i were in your shoes, i prob will give the Hermes hotline a call, explain the situation and request for the store manager to propose a solution?
