Hi all, how do you wash/soften Hermes Scarves, especially in Singapore’s weather?

I handwash my silks in cool water using The Laundress delicate wash and for CSGM I use the their Wool and Cashmere Shampoo. I also throw in a colour catcher (Dr Beckmann Colour and Dirt Collector from watsons) just in case. I have washed dark coloured and light coloured scarves and so far it has been fine.

I don't wash them with the intention of trying to soften them though. For me, with regular wear even the stiffest scarf gets sufficiently soft quite fast. Have you tried steaming your scarves? The steam may help to soften it without having to take the plunge of handwashing (if that scares you). Hope this helps!

Yes I use them for every wash as a safety blanket, sometimes two sheets for the CSGMs.
I ordered them off the isetan store on lazada!

Hi, hope I didn't interrupt the flow between you and Kura. This caught my eye and I was wondering if you could kindly share if you have had collected many qbs before getting non Qb or Slg? I have difficulty getting non Qb bags before and after getting my QB. I was waitlisted for a non Qb bag but it still has not materialized.

On a different note, did you perhaps get your Non Qb and SLR during the covid close off to tourists period or was it quite recent?

I recently asked my SA about a non-QB (not the popular ones), she said not available. I don't know if she waitlisted me for it, I didn't bother to ask. Personally, since bags don't count towards pre-spend anyway, I'm prepared to source from overseas H (if I happen to travel). SLG - the stock drawer is always half empty when I visit so I semi-gave up already.

Herbag is usually on display and you can ask which other colours they may have in stock. No wait unless you are looking for a particular colour combo.

Can I check pls how do you store your Hermes bags? Specifically birkin togo. Do u lie it flat in the box or upright? And any pillow/insert/stuffing you use?
