I wish Hermes would do a simple 3-4 inch stiletto shoe. Well made, well balanced, last a lifetime. Their shoes make me yawn to be honest.
Mine are alligator but I don't notice any difference in comfort
Pretty comfortable. I took my SA’s recommendation to size up which I assume helped.
Did you size up half a size or a full size? I was thinking about asking my SA to add half a size if they haven’t started making it yet. Thanks!
Half size up from my usual H shoe size but same size as my regular leather oasis sandals! I'd try on a pair of regular leather in store when you're ordering to help.
Thank you, I have many Oasis in suede, and a few in lizard, but those hurt 😅, so I thought that maybe if I size up half a size in alligator it would be best. My order has been pending since October, so not sure if I can change it, but I will ask tomorrow. Thank you so much ❤️
Does anyone know if SAs are able to check on the status of SO shoes? It has been five months. I asked my SA to check and have not heard back. I am trying to figure it if it is worth pressuring for an answer or if this just shows up when it shows up. Also, I paid for them so at some point would need to sound an alarm. What is the longest anyone waited for SO shoes? Mine were just a pair of alligator orans, nothing too complicated.
I think my alligator oasis took a little more than 6 months. Personally I wouldn't be worried if I were you. I had asked my Sa for an update before they arrived and she just said they're not in yet. Seems like SO shoe orders are whenever H feels like shipping yours 😭
I would not stress over them yet. I heard that exotic leather is hard to get now which explains the long delay for most exotic items.
I am waiting for Himalaya Oran since May 2023
my SA can see that the SO is still in progress but she is not able to tell me when they will finally arrive.They are very comfortable, better than regular leather. I do have 16 pairs of alligator Oran and a few Oasis in different colors and always choose my regular size.
