This! We all know during certain period of time some specs especially colors can be hard to find. It seems h is doing bulk supply during a couple months and then switch to the other (e.g., our store has tons of etoupe recently). If it's really something I want, I would be happy to take it even if QB would be delayed.

Probably close to 2:1 and you need a relationship with an SA. Timing depends on your desired specs and what the store has and who is waiting "in line" for it. If you search this thread or the Constance thread, I'm sure there's more about it. I'm pretty sure others (and probably me) have talked about it before.
A while back someone mentioned that there were some FJ coming into our store. Has anyone been to a FJ event lately? I haven’t heard anything since I read about it here. Any updates?
I asked my SA recently and she said it'll be later this year. But our store does have a bunch of new FJ in.
Does buying FJ make the QB offer quicker? If so, does anyone have an experience of getting QB pretty quickly for the first time?
Yes it does in my experience, but it needs to be a significantly priced piece, and you have to have bought some other items. Also depends on the bag you are looking for. For example, I have been offered a b30 after a 10k bracelet purchase and a b25 after a 40k necklace. Each offer was the following week after these purchases, and again, I had some other items on my profile.
It was years ago so it probably doesn't apply now, but 2 months.
Not @BreezyE but thought I’d respond as my experience is more recent! I started shopping at the boutique in late spring 2021 and was offered a B35 in December I think. I did not accept a bag until August of 2022.
I think it’s important to distinguish between being offered a bag and purchasing a bag…you may get one or more offers that you decline before you are offered a bag that makes your heart sing.
Not the member you originally asked, but you can just space out your purchases more depending on your own budget and schedule once you establish a rapport with an SA. If you read the forum, there are no cut and dry rules.
Imo FJ is generally more expensive so it can feel like you get QB offer faster but you still need to hit the pre spend amount for the bag you ask for.
