Do you find your B30 and K28 to be similar in size? I’m ideally hoping for a K25 as my next qb (already have a B30), but I’m wondering if I should consider a K28 if one comes up.
I don’t think the B30 and K28 sizes are too similar. While they’re theoretically only 2 cm difference in the width, I feel the B30 fits quite a bit more. I love my K28 and think it’s perfect for carrying the essentials for being out all day and transitioning to going out to a dinner date. I definitely think there’s space in your collection for both a B30 and K28 especially if you love all the other specs. Don’t know if you already saw this on YT but this video might be helpful for you to see. Hope this helps!!
I have both bags and think the B30 has a far greater capacity than the K28. As @Gin&H notes, the K28 is a great bag for essentials, but I can't drop in a book or shove my scarf in when I get warm as a I can with my B30. But I like having both options

I’m very new to Hermes and the “game” - I started shopping in the store last week. I have an amazing SA that I’ve already had three appointments with in the last ten days haha 😆
I originally started shopping because I really loved some of their RTW and FJ. I didn’t know about the “game” until a friend clued me in a couple days after my first appointment.
In the last ten days or so, I’ve spent just under 40k. No bags— though I’ve been offered 3 NQ bags. It’s entirely RTW, FJ, Shoes, Houseware and scarves.
I gave my SA a list of bags/specs I’d be interested in they came in stock but I don’t know if I even remotely have a chance at getting a birkin or Kelly this year, because I’m such a new customer?
I’m wondering if anyone else has been in my situation at this store?
I have purchased only those items I love, and I use them regularly. Especially all the FJ lol 😆

Hi @keemari ! Welcome! As you’ve discovered, it’s a slippery slope shopping at H lol. I’m glad you’ve met a wonderful SA that you’ve clicked with! It makes such a difference. I think you have a very good chance at a Birkin or Kelly this year. When I was starting out, based on my research on TPF and other sites, most people were quoting a 6 month timeline after starting shopping (not this store per se but in general). This can definitely vary and can be shorter, depending on the specs you’ve asked for. Continue to buy only what you love, at the pace you feel comfortable at, and the bag will come!

I would avoid Medina cleaners as they broke off a button on a Chanel cardigan and gave it back to me like nothing was wrong.
Palazzo cleaners have been excellent so far; have brought my silk shirts there with no issue. They said they might be able to do leather but usually send it out.
I also agree to avoid Medina cleaners and also have had cardigans come back with broken or melted buttons. They also lost a pair of pants that I brought in to have hemmed.
One of the SAs recommended Spotless Cleaners in Factoria which have been good so far. I've only been using them for the past couple of weeks.
